Always can rely on Chuck to give us a great deal! This was technically our 3rd Honda bought from him. One of the purchasing parties had less than great credit (which we knew). But, if you want to improve your credit, go with a Honda from Chuck at C. Harper Honda.

Always had a great experience at C Harper Honda -----until this time. Went for a maintenance check and inspection. Was there for 2 and a half hours. Everyone who came in after me left before me. Passed inspection, had a filter changed and they cleaned the connections on the battery. Also asked if they could change the driver side windshield wiper. I had the new wiper. Almost 300 dollars and they changed the wiper for free. HAH! Now the wipers sound like there's no rubber. Just screeching on the windshield. Also said I need new spark plugs. Over 400 dollars for 4 plugs that range from 10 to 15 dollars each and take about 30-45 minutes to change. I don't know what has changed but I'm calling them and they WILL fix the wipers at no charge. I don't think Casey knows what's happening there.

The advisor didn't explain anything to me once the vehicle was done. He was a little rude an seem to be in a rush when I was trying to ask him questions before they went and did the services. Just came an got me and said your vehicle is done here is the amount you pay here. He didn't go over anything they did at all. The online thing I got said something failed and he didn't explain what that was about.

Went in for a test drive and left with a car! At first it wasnt going to work, but Staci, who was selling the car to me, worked her magic with her manager on the numbers and they were able to set me up with the car I originally wanted! She made the whole thing really fun and exciting, and helped me through the whole process. She also showed me where to go for my first oil change, which I appreciated. Unfortunately I don’t remember the young mans name who helped me sign my papers in finance, I have terrible memory, but he was very nice and pleasant as well! Thank you for a great car and excellent service.

Great service experience. I called the week prior to schedule for an inspection and to have an issue looked at for a sound I was hearing which was getting worse. They could have squeezed me in the next day if I wanted but accommodated my schedule the week after in the morning.Rex helped us get checked in quickly, confirmed notes and took down some additional info, and we left. Within an hour we got a call with the diagnosis from Rex, a reasonable quote to fix. ~$100 for parts and ~$200 for labor. The labor, if I did it, would have taken me half a day, not to mention time to source the parts and drive to get them, plus I would likely need to buy a socket, and would have to haul out my tools and put them all back, all while making a mess in my garage.We had our car home by NOON, dropped off at around 9:45. Super fast. Rex is a super nice guy btw.The best part, the problem is gone. I struggled to find where the sound was coming from for a couple of weeks. And they solved the problem in less than 2.5 hours.We jump around between here and the other honda dealer near pleasant hills for service, based on where we might be at the time. We were going to be in the pleasant hills area, and tried calling them to make an appointment originally and were sent to an overseas call center after jumping through hoops, then when we asked questions we were told to call someone else and then were routed back to the overseas call center. SMH. When I called CHarper, we were answered by a pleasant person who happily helped us, and then received a follow up email/text with all of the information.

I have taken my car to C Harper for the last time. I was told the car did not pass inspection due to frame work instability. Was told the car was dangerous. Took it to another VERY reliable dealer who laughed at that diagnosis and passed the vehicle.

The service is Always A+ I’ve always been extremely pleased with the level of service, knowledge, and communication through the work being done. I trust them to be very honest with me and have been fair in pricing on all my services I’ve had done. I was advised of recommendations, declined some due to cost. Labor costs have increased greatly. My husband is now performing some auto maintenance. Did not have to wait long for oil change and tire rotation. Was treated respectfully and my car was washed.

Had a great experience with the team over here at C. Harper when recently purchasing a new vehicle and then getting a service done. Everyone made the process very easy and we walked away with the vehicle on the same day. They are conveniently located in my way to, and from, work. I would definitely do business with them again in the future.

Horrible customer service, shady sales team. Poor communication and unprofessional. Did not respond to questions or provide paperwork in a timely manner. Unknowledgeable about product and often required a chain of people to get a simple answer. Sales person only communicated via text and did not return/make calls. Second sales person (why did we even have to work with more than one person?) called customer to apologize for poor communication but still failed to follow up. Manager ignored customer request and spoke over customer. The other sales manager (who called to apologize to customer for manager 1s behavior) informed customer he would call the next day, but did not. General manager doesn't acknowledge anyone.Don't let them waste your time. This dealership is definition of shady.*Be mindful while reading other reviews. Many 5 star reviews only wrote 1-2 reviews.

Chuck was a good salesman to work with, happy with my purchase and the price, but the title department has been giving me issues. First off they lost the original copies of the power of attorney forms, and had to meet me 2 weeks after my purchase to resign them. I’m out of state, so I had to get a Ohio VIN inspection, and they had me scan the form and send it via email. Well a month goes by and I still don’t have my plates so I call and the finance guy says that everything is processed and should receive plates in the mail. Another week goes by so I contact their title department directly and the lady tells me “it looks like Ohio is asking for the original copy of the VIN inspection.” So I sent them the original copy in the mail today. My temp tags expire in a week! I sent the VIN inspection over a month ago, when were you planning on telling me this?! So now I’m going to have to drive to PA and purchase another set of temp tags, unless a miracle happens and I get my plates within 4 business days. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for your title department and telling me everything was ok when it wasn’t.
