I've been with cricket for 20 years. This is the only store that has ever failed on a phone set up and repeatedly wasted my time. If they had given me a sim card with my last phone instead of the stupid esim they are doing now I would have just went to Walmart when I broke my phone this morning, bought a phone, put my sim card in it, and did the setup myself instead of doing a factory wipe to fix what they did. The guy was rude about me not knowing the store wasn't open at 11:05 and pulling on the door while not knowing it was locked. They were supposed to be open at 11 but I didn't know that or what time it was. Half ass phone set up.

I just moved back from Florida and dropped my phone within a week. I needed a new phone, and Alisha was incredible! Her knowledge and customer service made for a fast transition from Verizon to Cricket. Thank you, Alisha!

What a great team of sales members!!
Everyone helped me pick a great phone that could do everything I needed it to do for my work and security footage at my home.
I can't say enough about cricket service itself, awesome !!
We actually had to take a phone call inside an amusement park ride that was out of state and never cut out and was super clear for the entire call.

The cellar device sells rep sold me the phone I wanted really quick and easy. Even though she asked a lot of other additional questions like a warranty and an auto pay sign up question. She was really only doing her job. She was professional and quick. I felt bad that I had to go back and did not have the other person first but I did not have myself together. My phone was completely dead and didn't change anymore. The store was clean and the phones looked nice... She even put my protector case and screen protector on for me. Then they even check to see if your phone works. Nice place for good cricket service.
