I would give 0 stars if I could. This CVS has 1 customer bathroom and is overflowing with fences and who knows what. There is no toilet paper, and overall disgusting. So I waited for the employee bathroom right next to it and was told that due to covid, customers are not allowed. I can understand the principle of the employee bathroom. However, putting 0 attention on cleanliness for guests, especially at a pharmacy where health is the #1 priority is sick. 0 stars, employee was rude too.

I got treatment for trauma in the Florida area but I'm from PA. And naturally my doctor had to send over refills. Walmart would do it but only if my insurance would cover the script. CVS understood I've taken only 4 medications in over 10yrs bc of the state wide data base. & had no problem letting me just pay cash as long as the doctor sent anything over of mine electronically. I'd be sitting here without medication I've been on for years if it wasn't for CVS & the pharmacist looking into all my history of meds. So I'm giving them 5 stars. Well I'm giving the woman pharmacist 5 stars. it should be anyones rite to pay cash if your insurance doesn't cover a certain medication... Walmart & the ignorance of their pharmacy staff there to check for my insurance but not look into the very same medications that were being filled that I've had for over a decade is just sicking to to anyone. Thank you CVS!!!!

I typically use this pharmacy because it's an easy stop on the way to/from work. The last 3 visits though, it's taken over 20 minutes to get a prescription! I'm currently sitting in the drive they, typing this and I've been here 30 minutes. I understand things are busy and maybe you're understaffed, but if someone's script isn't ready, why hold up the whole line?

Incredibly slow and not helpful at all. Had 4 cars in front of me in the drive thru and it took an HOUR. Will be switching my business elsewhere.

Getting my meds this week has been a huge headache- call after call after call between my pharmacy and my doctor. Both going to bat with insurance. The pharmacy staff were consistently patient, helpful and efficient in addressing my need. They worked and worked until I had the medications I needed. This quality of service has been consistent all over the country when I've traveled for my work. My only gripe is that the text notification service and the call in menu are full of issues. The text service is great at notifying you when a refill has been processed. For refills though, it's more confusing than helpful. I don't like talking to a robot, but I understand they can save time for employees in store. This robot frequently leaves out key words about my medication information and mishears my speech even when I am speaking clearly in an area with a strong signal and no background noise. It's frustrating and makes me feel like I'm wasting time. Megan at drive through is a ray of sunshine. Even with her mask on I could tell she was smiling. They are definitely understaffed at this location, but can I really blame them? Let's be real, we all have challenges in adapting during this pandemic.

I stopped at this CVS the other day, amidst the Coronavirus pandemic. They had taped the place off 6 feet between lines to promote social distancing. The pharmacy was so busy! I don't have a regular doctor, am asthmatic and was last seen at the minute clinic. I needed albuterol. The male associate was super nice. He ran the refills for my inhaler and my albuterol for my nebulizer. He told me about a half hour. I went and waited in my car and came back about 40 min later. Well, he saw me in the line behind the gentleman he was waiting on, and while processing his transaction, filled mine because it wasn't done. I can't thank him enough. Every person behind the pharmacy counter was running their asses off, and all with smiles on their faces. This is a great establishment, with great associates!

CVS is actually a life safer because when I travel I can get my prescriptions across the country which is literally a life saver. The pharmacists are great at answering questions and are pretty fast filling prescriptions.they only get 3 Stars because once I get the prescriptions the stores are kinda dull and I never buy anything else I just don't like there product set up.
