You could time the drive thru with a sundial, it takes forever to get through. Prescriptions that take Giant eagle 20 minutes to get ready take days at CVS.Rude staff.

I love shopping in this store. The employees will leave you alone with unless you ask for assistance, and let you do what you need to do. They have most items in stock at all times, and this store is very clean.

Do not even try to visit that clinic at this CVS. Morgan Shields is recist and she doesn’t deserve to work in the healthcare field anywhere. She discriminates people of color and she has a bad attitude keeping her at this clinic will just cause the clinic to lose patients.

Horrible customer service experience today.We had ordered pictures of our newborn son to be printed, but this CVS printed two copies of everything and double charged us.Went in to be refunded for the extra charge, and the store manager demanded the return of the extra pictures just so they could throw them in the trash. To top it off, they only gave me a gift card for a lack of a receipt that I never got in the first place. Ridiculous

Rude. Always have problems getting prescriptions filled. Got handed a bag with a prescription I haven't used in months and was unable to return even unopened.

I'm sitting here now a half hour on hold on the phone to speak to a pharmacist about my prescription a half hour 30 minutes my time wasted my son will be there to pick him up before I can okay him to pick him up

This cvs pharmacy has all the robots but no live agents to help you the whole entire staff goes on lunch in between 1:00 to 2:00 the self checkouts are the only thing that you can use and if you ring the buzzer the lady cops up an attitude with you. Why why are we updating CVS's with more robots and no workers to help us out it is ridiculous you're trying to be convenient but it's not convenient at all it's not at all I wish I can get my prescriptions in mail to me. They text you that you can pick up your prescription but then sometimes when you get there the prescription isn't even ready or there ain't even a real person to help you out. Either stick with robots or stick with the people one or the other. Paper towels for one roll is almost 4 bucks for paper .

My arm is permanently numb and tingling after the covid shot from here. My doctor said I should have reported to the CDC. I didn't realize how important it was for the person administering the shot to feel for the muscle to avoid a nerve. The gal that gave it too me seems annoyed and just plunged it in. I get being overworked but what I've hoped for months to go away, is so bad at days I can barely perform my desk job. I will be following up with neurologist and my PCP but nerve damage is nerve damage.

The worst pharmacy that I have ever dealt with. They never have the meds I need and have to wait for a couple days. They will ignore customers while there are 7 or 8 people working. I get texts saying my meds are ready, only to get there and they are not ready. My insurance dictates that I have to use CVS in order for my meds to be covered. I pay more at Rite Aid so that I don't have to deal with them.

Called CVS, Belle Vernon and asked the lady wbo finally answered the phone if they had the home covid test available for purchase and she said " YES WE DO". So my husband drove 10 miles to purchase the kit and guess what??? THEY HAD NONE. Thank u very much? WOW!!! This really sucked. No wonder they have a 2.8 all around review. Lack of knowledge and lack of comminication.

Horrible service. I had a culture done at minute clinic and got the runaround for a week before they told me it was lost. Also, just today my daughter picked up her medication which was something she cannot be on because of her history. I literally just picked up her meds which are still unopened and the pharmacist was rude about returning. I had to switch to CVS because of our insurance. I have been with rite aid for 10+ years and never once had a problem.

Prescriptions filled even though refills were not requested. COVID testing done in the pick-lup line, in the drive through.Phone callers are consigned to waiting on hold for an hour.
