Told 5 maybe 10 minutes came back 30 minutes later at got an attitude because it wasn’t ready. 45 minutes later it’s still not ready I’m sure the lady is going to yell again when I go up. Can’t wait till Kroger buys giant eagle…

I recently switched my pharmacy to this location, and I couldn’t be happier with the change. The staff here are incredibly friendly, helpful, and truly go above and beyond to assist me. Their exceptional service and genuine care have made a big difference, and I’m so grateful for everything they’ve done so far. Highly recommend!

Best pharmacy I've found. Great in all aspects but one. I don’t think the pharmacy should deny a prescription that the doctor orders. My doctors know all my meds and if there is interaction between drugs they advise me how to use the meds. Some of the pharmacists at Belle Vernon have refused to fill a script until they speak to a doctor. When getting some scripts time is of the essence. I have Lyme disease and need my script ASAP when I am reinfected with a tick bite. Tim especially goes above and beyond to do a great service. MOST of the pharmacy assistants are great.

In my opinion, the staff of the Belle Vernon PA pharmacy are the absolute best! They are all very knowledgeable and always willing to go above and beyond to help any of their customers. Giant Eagle needs to recognize the staff. All of them, Tiffany, Jordan, the two Holly’s, the two Kelly’s, Linda, Rita, Amanda and Tim. You couldn’t ask for a better team, I just love and appreciate them all!

Very busy pharmacy for sure, but, "Always" willing to help & answer any questions....Prescriptions are filled on a timely basis & if a Rx is not available, they notify you and do their best to get your Rx available......Great customer service, please keep it up.....The pharmacist is always willing to answer any questions or concerns as well......appreciate the kindness & hard work for sure! Great job!

Wanted to give a Shout Out to Michael a cashier at The Belle Vernon Giant Eagle! In a world full of so much negativity Michael is The Happiest Person I’ve ever met! He always engages you in conversation and has a huge smile on his face! Yesterday I stopped in after work and I was still wearing my scrubs. He said “obviously you are in the healthcare field and I’d like to thank you for your service!” I in turn thanked him for his service also! He continued the conversation with many more compliments! A genuine asset to Giant Eagle!!

It’s a Monday - I go in for lunch Meat the worker is waiting on a Giant Eagle employee at 7:05 my turn she rolls her eyes as soon as I walked up and said sorry we closed at 7. Then you shouldn’t have waited on anyone. It’s 7 on a weekday people just got off work an hr-two and why would you close so early.
