It’s a Muh here. I don’t watch tv much, so is the new Lowe’s customer service campaign motto, “Just hide long enough, and they”ll leave”? A lot of bodies floating around and they are happy to “find somebody”, lol. Guess everybody is collaborating on that next heap of seasonal decoration garbage. Happy holidays and wear your mask lol

It's an Ok Lowe's. The plumbing section is always a wreck, finding your fitting is a nightmare. Actually anything in the store that has stuff the needs to be kept organized is problematic. Other than that it's ok.

When I go to a hardware store I don't expect to walk past fire sticks and hdmi cables before I get to basic hardware store items. Like plumbing for example is in the back of the store. It shows how little they actually value the time of contractors and maintenance workers. Put basic hardware items in the front. Your sales tactics are getting in the way of core values and purpose. That's why people go to amazon so they don't have to walk the length of your store 3 times to get 3 items.

We have always been loyal to Lowes for everything we need for our home but recently we have had nothing but issues. First we ordered 16' decking boards to be delivered to our home. The day they were to be delivered, I get a call from the delivery driver that the 16' boards will not fit in her pickup with a 6' bed. Why would that be the vehicle sent to do the delivery. I spoke to the manager and they had to reschedule the delivery for another day and wanted to recharge us another delivery fee. Then we went to get ceiling tile. All registers were closed except the self Chek out. When we went to ring up the tile, we were told that it could not be rung up at self check out and we would have to go down to the only open register in lumber to check out. When my husband went to return an unopened box of tile, they told him that it was not on the receipt that he had and we did not use our Lowes card to purchase it. My husband had to point out the matching ucs number and card number n the same receipt to show it was the right one and return the itemThen last week we went in to get a new dishwasher. Told them we needed it installed and our old one removed. The associate told us we had to buy new hook ups in order for them to install it. Okay, no problem. Today the dishwasher was delivered to our home, dropped in the middle of our kitchen, and we were told they don't install. When we called the store, we were told they never added the I install to the bill. They did however charge us to remove the old one that is still sitting at our house. We spend a lot of money at Lowes constantly doing home repairs and projects but I will not be giving my money or business to this store again.

Not good he had a chain and bar fall off it's hanging rod because it was not secure, he went to look at the chainsaws it came flying off the hanger and hit him in the face and eye. They are still sore and really giving him pain.

I went to rent a carpet cleaning unit with attachment hose and was given a dirty unit that soiled the items I was intending to clean. It was ironic that the person who initially helped us mentioned they had received an extremely soiled unit and that the customer had to have sucked up sand and goop…well that’s the unit we received, still dirty clogged and contaminated in the clean tank. We had to clean it just to use it correctly. When I went to return it, the customer service associate tried to ping the store leader on duty but they refused to come to service us. Everything went wrong, think twice about renting any carpet cleaners, especially with the attachment hose. This Lowe’s is not even capable of executing the contract agreement, virtually half of the contracts we saw were not signed by the customer, and we were never asked to sign either. Truly disappointing!

I walked in and a sales associate was able to direct me to what I needed. Deducted a star bc there wasn't a single cashier available, only self checkout. And I was paying with cash, so I had to wait for the only register available that takes cash.

I'm and my wits end with this store. no more cashiers to wait on you and the help they do have in the store is not very good and or polite. I will take my business to Menards. Last week LOWES had 3 SUPERVISORS watching people go thru the self checkouts with no one on the registers. Lowes will be gone down the road.

This is a great place if you're interested in a bargain and with the loyalty card they give you extra benefits like 12 months same as cash ? just pay on time this is even a better deal when it's on sale too. Check it out.

Lousy sales service, a few top working workers, several very uncaring workers. A lady took several minutes looking for the price of bricks when told the price, she flipped through many pages in the price book wasting valuable time of several customers in line. An employee took a cart a customer needed, even after being told the shopping cart was very badly still needed out in the parking lot. Several employees failed to ask if customers needed help, when hearing customers did need help, he simply walked off on them. This is a very terrible run at Lowe's. A long time female manager failed to accept a valid return for a simple product exchange. She stated she had worked there for over 20 years, but never has the store exchanged bad items for the customers! The policy online reads exchange or refund for customers, but this store refused to exchange the items. An online order with valid payment was refused by the store, a shipping order was accepted using the same form of payment! This store is very uncaring for the customers.

The customer service here has always been great. Understaffed like any service industry outlet but they try and if you are understanding and patient then so are they.They especially went above and beyond for me last visit taking a return they really had no business accepting based on their policies but they were sympathetic to the renovation process and really saved me.
