One of the worst and poorly ran pharmacies I have ever dealt with in my life. Been getting the same prescription for well over a year. On a monthly automatic refill. Every time I go they don't have it. Because I am 15 minutes away today I called and was told its in stock give them a hour to fill. Went over a hour and a half later to be told its not in stock and told by the very cocky manager to just come get it tomorrow. I pulled my prescription and will now get it elsewhere. By the way the local pharmacy I called had it in stock. Stay away from this store.

This store is a joke. A few weeks ago, my Dr called in my monthly prescription a few days early. They put it on hold (understandable). I checked the app, and nothing was showing in there, so I called and was told my Dr didn't call it in. Called the Dr, and he said it was called in, gave me the date, and said they got a confirmation from the pharmacy. Called the pharmacy back, and then they explained it was on hold and they would fill it asap. So I go 3 days without my script (weekend) because of their mistake. Fast forward to today, I go to pick up a different script and give new insurance info and am told it will take hours to update my insurance info, or I can just pay for the script. What a joke it's not hard to enter the info into the computer and doesn't take hours to do they just didn't want to do it.

Good luck getting them to answer phone. When there, I see them hanging up on people while on hold. Worst experience I’ve had as a customer in any business. To bad Rite Aid corporate does not look at this, call and see for yourself.

The worst Rite Aid and staff I've ever experienced! Got a text saying my script was ready only to arrive and be told it wasn't and be accused of lying about the text. They asked me to give them two hours so I walked around the shops in the mean time only to come back and be told they STILL haven't filled it and asked for two more hours! Staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Also, good luck on getting a hold of anyone at the desk. I'll be going elsewhere.

Near impossible to get a hold of anyone at the pharmacy. No one EVER answers the phone! When you're there, the staff at the pharmacy are both rude and slow moving. My medications are hardly ever ready on time because they either haven't gotten the order, or started to fill it yet, or I'm told they're out of stock.I recommend going somewhere else and not waste your time with this place.

Not even sure how this place is still running the way it does. Once they couldn't fill eye drops for pink eye because the directions said 1-2 drops per eye and they needed to know if it was exactly 1 or 2. Spent an hour on the phone with multiple people trying to get it resolved. Now a new policy that no one else has (not even other Rite Aids) and just constant issues over the years with filling various prescriptions. I'm switching to a different pharmacy.

The WORST pharmacy to get a prescription. It's never ready, you have to call and hound them to get something filled, show up and it's still not filled and told it'll be several more hours. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere.

Rite Aid was able to make a it possible for me to get my injection at home when I am visiting for vacation. This meant that I didn't have to travel trying to keep the injection cold. Life is easier with Rite Aid as your pharmacy because the employees are caring and they do their best to accommodate you. Thank you, Belle Vernon Rite Aid team!

Worst pharmaceutical staff. You get calls and texts that your prescriptions are filled so you go and they say you never got that call because they aren’t due. So you show the text and play the voicemail. But you still get treated like garbage and leave empty handed. The male with the gauges in his ears was the cashier that requested I show him proof of the calls and texts.

My husband has a secondary insurance which has been put on file many times. Almost every time I go there they try to charge me more because they say they don't have record of it.Then they have to redo everything and tell me I have to come back later.And a new girl today kept interrupting me every time I tried to talk. Very rude and unprofessional.Time to change pharmacies.

No one EVER answers the phone at the pharmacy! When you're there the staff at the pharmacy are both rude and slow moving. My medications are hardly ever ready on time. Both the pharmacy and the manager don't seem to care about their customers. I recommend going somewhere else and not waste time with this place. It's near impossible to get a hold of anyone.

Dont go here! No matter how long i wait to pick up my meds they are never ready even after waiting 4hrs..the girl at the drive thru is extremely rude and disrespectful, after my visit today i will be going elsewhere

The Pharmacy experience is always a nightmare! This place never has a prescription ready when they say it will be ready for me! I called at least 4 hours before my husband was due to pick up my script today. I was told it would be ready in an hour! My husband was told it wasn’t ready. They had plenty of time to fill it! When I started asking why I got no answer. The girl hung up on me after a few exchanges! Now I have to make a special trip back to Belle Vernon! Don’t like anything about that place!

No one answers the phone in the pharmacy. When Dr sends over scripts they don't process them till I call and it takes days to talk to someone. There are people who can't go with out their medicine.
