Website hours say open till 6pm on SundayPosted hrs on door say open until 6pm.I had to make a special trip there and arrived at 5:30. They are closed. I just watched another customer try to go in.If you can't staff the store, at the bare minimum update your hours.

Very rude customer service. Online hrs stated closing at 7pm. Rushed down there arrived at 6:15. OPENED the door to a woman with a mean mug yelling We are closed!! I apologized and explained the website stated 7pm. She then stated "well we're closed!" No apologies for any inconvenience just "Well we're closed!"Well updated your online hours so that potential customers are not inconvenienced and possibly return. Then update your customer service skills?

My mother in law brought me along to Sally's today in search of a few specific hair products. I am always looking to support local businesses. They have a wider variety of products than chains like WalMart or Giant Eagle would have in their beauty sections, and their employees are great. We were greeted by three different sales associates who were genuinely friendly and helpful. The layout is friendly and intuitive. Sally's didn't have SoftSheen-Carson's Wave Nouveau Moisturizing Finishing Mist that my mother in law was looking for. Disappointing? Yes. Worth deducting 2 stars for? No. They also didn't know when their stock truck would come during the week and what would be on it. My mother in law said that this isn't just a pandemic deal, this is the way they have operated in the past. I don't know why this is the case. I would think that a small business like this would be especially on top of keeping inventory and being in touch with their suppliers. This place has a wide assortment of great products for your needs and wants- including for different types of hair. But I would recommend that if you are looking for a specific product that you call ahead. Save yourself a trip.

I went there to get my gelish nail polish I need the top coat and base coat. When I went to pay she originally told me they were both 11.99 I said okay then she said the price was 40.00$ and i was like no no no 11.99 plus 11.99 is not 40.00$ so whats the problem and she said that the top coat was 29.00$ and i was so mad so I said never mind I don’t want them. I got into the car and called another Sally’s and they said all there fell polished including the top and base coat was 11.99 SO HOW THE HELL IS IT POSSIBLE FOR THE TOP COAT TO BE 29.00$ and the base coat 11.99 not even possible I’m so angry.

Rude employees who are totally unwilling to help when their product screwed up my hair... I called twice and it rang about 20 times each time and no one answered then laughed when I wanted the corporate number. They need to hire people that know what they're doing and have a better attitude.
