Nothing like sitting in the drive thru for 40 minutes. Couldn't figure out the drinks . Got the food ans still waited an additional 20 minutes for 2 shakes 5hat were totally melted . This always happens when the one girl works. Fire her . I would give zero stars if it was an option. Waste of time and money .

Short blonde haired girl with a ponytail just complained and yelled out 30 minute wait over and over again lol if she put more effort into actually putting the food together, it wouldn’t take 30 minutes. If you’re unhappy, get a new job..

Stopped by for an MTO around 2pm. The store was not that busy but the two women making the food seemed to be imitating sloths. A girl with blonde hair in a ponytail was making my sandwich and I watched her daydream while waiting for her to finish my food. After waiting 16 minutes for a single turkey sandwich, I hurry on my way. The sandwich wasn’t toasted per the instructions and she skipped ingredients. On a prior trip, my son and I waited over 30 minutes for an order of fries. This location needs hands on management because the patients are running the asylum.

Worst car wash experience, 2nd time it stopped working after soap, had to find another car wash to get the soap off and it was froze, thanks sheetz won't waste my money there again

Worst service ever! I ordered a mto burger and a chicken quesadilla with a side of sour cream. The sour cream was so runny that the lid came off and went all over the place! The burger was burned and hard and the bun was hard as well. Looked like a old burger. I called the store and was met with smart mouth attitudes! I love Sheetz but this one is near my home and this is the second time ordering from this location and both times a year apart was terrible. I'll go elsewhere after this..

They have it all from homemade donuts to a Philly cheese steak that will knock your socks off,any or every candy bar to protein cakes and everything in-between!! If you don't leave happy and ...satisfied you didn't get / try hard enough

Be careful about app ordering. it's more convenient but when you select for delivery from store, your doordasher may steal your food. (at least from my driver, Toussaint). In addition, ordering for in store pickup rarely ends up being faster than ordering at the kiosk. (sometimes slower). I get it may be made close to arrival time, but what is the point of placing an order in advance if it won't be ready when I arrive?
Doesn't help that sheetz has been going kinda downhill with price increases,startling number of upcharges, failure to constantly stock toilet paper in men's bathroom, and a laughably poor rewards system salvaged by a good PR team.
Sheetz is on a slippery slope, and they need to tighten their shoestrings and pull it together for the guests.

Went there yesterday to the drive-thru. ordered 4 hotdogs. Pulled up to the first window a guy opened the window looked at me then closed it , didn't say anything. A few minutes later a different guy comes over ( might have been some sort of MGMT had a different uniform) looks at me through the window then walks away. Didn't say anything. I waited there 5 minutes. Thought I was supposed to pull up to the 2nd window . So I did. A girl looked at me through the window and walked away. Didn't say anything. I sat there for almost another ten minutes before just leaving. I'll never go back there again.

Waited an extra 30 minutes after receiving out food because they forgot the milkshake. No one ever came back to the window, had to pull in and send my boyfriend in to ask for it.

I placed an order thru the app to pick up at the drive thru. He did not have record of it and was unwilling to further assist. Inside was no better. After asking the fourth person for help, and waiting 15 minutes, i finally got my order- by now a cold burger and extremely soggy nachos. HORRIBLE!!

Cashier said sign of there free coffee in December isn’t vaild unless I get 7 of them I’ve used it every week and the app said it’s good for one free coffee no other purchase neededThey proceeded to force me to purchase it after I said then I don’t want itThen come back and another member said she told me the wrong information after paying for itLast week they also gave me the wrong milk shake didn’t even touch it still on the counter right infront of the girl and they refused to make the correct one as stated on my receiptThe Store is arrogant

Very clean and roomy with plenty of snacks to make the trip more fun. Also the Electrify America stations.
