Stopped in today. December 5, 2023. Husband needed a new phone . Both Samara and Veronica did an excellent job helping us get our phone picked out and set up. Both are very knowledgeable and very kind and willing to answer every question we had. I highly recommend this T-mobile store.

I have been a T mobile customer for over 5 years. I am always very satisfied and extremely grateful for Samara, my wonderful T mobile sales person. She always goes above and beyond to help me and explain and answer my questions. I recommend this store to everyone I know. Quality and friendly service.

The store staff are FANTASTIC. A special shout out to Samara and Victoria. We watched them help other customers and they were friendly, courteous, and helpful to them. They treated us the same. In fact I had a billing issue that will take a couple of weeks and Samara took my number and promised to personally check on it and call me back when resolved. What more could you ask for!!! Thx Samara.

New manager and sales rep are awesome at the Belle Vernon T Mobile store. So polite, cheerful and helpful. Don't mind going there now.

Super friendly staff. If you haven't checked out there no data cap, no price hikes, and no throttling at home internet for 50bucks a month. You're missing out.

T-Mobile has the worst customer service. This store is fine in terms of support but corporate office is worthless. Two weeks late for the MLB Pass offer and saying it’s not longer available. Also, have bern charged for a phone that was supposed to be free going on 15 months. Got some of the money refunded but have to go into the store and waste hours to get it done. Huge mistake making the switch to T-Mobile

Can't get any help figuring out what's wrong with all of our phones. EDIT: We've called numerous times, my grandparents visited and was promised a phone that's 'guaranteed' to work and IT DOESN'T. We can't call anyone because it constantly cuts out, they keep telling us it'll be working soon.. next week.. next week.. next week.. still NOTHING.

I literally enjoyed going to Walmart and buying minutes for Tracfones more than I enjoyed going to this store and being stuck for 3+ hours, first to just get my new phone, then again for them to tell me they never rang my phone out and I either had to pay for the whole thing in full or return it, AFTER paying activation fees and everything else already. Not to mention the manager wouldn't explain any of that to me, even though I SET UP THE ACCOUNT, she kept telling me to call the salesperson who made the sale and my girlfriend, because they're friends and the salesperson told my girlfriend I should try T-Mobile. I had to go get my girlfriend who set the account up with me, because I just wanted to cancel the whole thing. But no, she couldn't do that, even AFTER I drove home to get her and come back and brought every device I purchased, all because they waited past the 14 day return period to deal with any of these supposed "issues" that THEY had. Do NOT go to this store if you need a phone, it was an awful experience.

Really liked this store but I got stuck waiting with my mother for almost 40 minutes, before I could get an answer to when I should come back. I never did get a decent answer. This place desperately needs some better customer management.Prices are crazy high also. But I still adore the team that signed us up a couple years ago. They are the 2 stars!
