I stopped in Tuesday, May 6th after having bad luck with 2 other phones being delivered and not working properly. Chris troubleshooted everything that was not working and fixed it properly. This man needs a promotion! He is my go to from now.

Can't activate my phone because your sales rep won't mark my order as picked up and of course I can't get ahold of anyone. The absolute WORST carrier of all time.

I have been a Verizon customer for 24 years and very disappointed at the service I received recently at this store to purchase a new phone. The sales person, won't mention names, was not helpful at all. I needed to change my plan to get a new phone and was looking to lower my current bill of over $228. She was more interested in selling me home internet instead of my immediate needs! Then she brings me out 2 estimates of my new bill with my new phone and both were higher than what I was currently paying by over $40. She had added extra services to my bill without even telling me until I questioned her - Verizon Mobile Protect and Verizon Home Device Protect adding $63 to my monthly bill! How many other customers of Verizon have items added without them knowing? I left the store without purchasing a new phone and told her Verizon probably just lost a loyal 24 year customer and she seemed to not care at all! Went home and did my own research about the Verizon plans and phones and got my brand new S24 phone and also ended up lowering my bill by almost $100!! Very sad to see that sales quotas are more important than customer service at Verizon!

Not specifically this store. But if you have a question about your bill don't waste your time calling the stores or customer service. I spent 2 hours on the phone just for them to keep telling the amount owed. And actually had two representatives tell me they are unsure where the bill was generated from.

On multiple occasions, they lied to us about devices being able to be used on a line. Both salesmen with tried to scam an upsale. Not dumb. The one had a goofy hair cut. And smelled like weed. Wasn’t the smartest either. The other a middle aged man with dark hair. Both were dishonest with long time customers. We go to Mt pleasant now. Will never return. I would give them negative stars if allowed. Have a blessed day

Hey, don't do it. You'll thank me later. Verizon is a total scam. I've been a customer for over ten years, and it's only gotten worse. As soon as my contract is up, I'm taking all five of my phones elsewhere.

I stopped by Verizon after my phone suffered a fatal fall. It was 2 days before Christmas and quite busy. Dylan helped me find and purchase a new phone. I was impressed by his professionalism, technical knowledge and friendliness. He was incredibly patient with me as I bombarded him with questions. Even though it was the busiest time of year he took his time while explaining features and the new terms of my contract. I never felt rushed and even had some laughs as we chatted throughout the encounter. It was a great experience.

Chris at the Belle Vernon store was absolutely fantastic!
He knew exactly what I needed and took great care of me. He was very patient and took the time to explain things to me during my purchase. He seem very concerned my issues we're taken care of. I also noticed that the other sales agents were wonderful with clients too. Great store to purchase a phone from.

Alex and Kelly went above and beyond to set me up with a replacement Samsung tablet and phone. I went in to replace my tablet, but they were able to go through my account and find a deal that took care of the tablet if I traded in my current phone. No changes in my bill, thank goodness, and sale prices on the accessories helped a good bit as well. Great job guys, thanks!

I brought my daughter's phone in because it wasn't working and....I was upset because I really don't have the money to replace it right now. The man who helped me his name was George and he was a manager. Me being being phone illiterate. I really didn't know what was going on so he could have hooked me into a whole new phone and I wouldn't have known any better . Instead he tried to quick reset that fixed the problem immediately. Thanks George

Chris at the Belle Vernon store helped me. This was absolutely the best experience I have ever had at a Verizon store anywhere. He was knowledgeable friendly and courteous. He took ownership of my issue and quickly resolved it. Thank you for a very productive experience!

Of course it’s busy. It’s Saturday! So staff accordingly. And make sure the staff you have is on the floor and not in the back room. And why did the intake dude register only one of my two very clearly articulated reasons for coming in? Sigh.Once the wait was finally over (next time I’ll bring a book if I’m there alone), Brandon was excellent. He made sure he understood what I was looking for in an upgrade and he played out several different scenarios to get us the best deal for what we wanted. Brandon was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Too bad there weren’t more of him that Saturday morning.

This store is a joke! I was a Verizon customer for 17 years and after a trip here, decided to switch carriers and happy I did. Better customer service and cheaper rates. Any and everytime I went in I was referred to buying stuff online, or a big run around, with inexperienced sales reps that treat customers rudely. Do not know how they’re still open at this point. If your looking for disappointment this is the store for you.
