“My cat Boots does not like strangers at all but she was very comfortable with the vet and all of the staff to the point she allowed them to pet her. They treated her and gave her the best care I could have ever wanted and went back to them when she was very sick.”
“Dr. Lusk has been our vet for over 30 years, through many furry family members. The staff and Dr. Lusk showed such compassion when we had to put our animals down. They even sent a card.
My current animal is a rescue with a difficult temper due to a traumatic past. She cannot be around other animals and must be muzzled around strangers and friends. They work with us through medication and having the office free of any visiting animals.
I wish they offered evening hours at least once a week.
Their prices are fair and reasonable for the treatment provided. The payment options (CareCredit) are good when you need that type of option.”

“Handled our furbaby's health concerns in a professional and timely manner. I can not remember Gypsy's techs name but she was VERY sweet and understanding with Gypsy's needs. It was very clear upon pickup after surgery that she had bonded and felt very comfortable with the tech who stated that she sat with her instead of leaving her in a cage after her surgery. “The staff was great but the “pre-registration” needs work. I always pre register and I check in when I pull into the parking lot. Walk to the line. Then some are told to scan the QR code then go walk around until we receive a text. Told not to stand in line. From what I seen I was definitely first checking in. So having common sense I should be first being seen. That’s not how it went. After I got my text I went and stood at the “start here” sign, exactly as the text said. As I’m standing there I’m seeing one, two, three, four people go in. People that were there way after me. I go into the next aisle and I’m seeing more people that just came in being checked in and put in line to be seen. Not being told to go walk around. ?♀️ finally after 2 more people (again, more that came AFTER me) I was finally allowed to go back. I go early and pre register for a reason. I work nights and have minimal time yet I care about my pets and their wellbeing. Registration needs a huge overhaul. You should be seen the order you are checked in. People who refuse to follow directions shouldn’t be rewarded with fast service. Please do something about this.”
