Staff were nice enough, but too many people with loud, unruly dogs. I had to ask several people to keep their dogs away from me (I am not dog friendly). The barking was overwhelming and made me agitated. Also, at the end, they wanted me to pay for a paper receipt. What the hell is that about???

My experience at the Belle Vernon Pet Supply Plus for vet services was horrible!!! I was told that service was on a first come first service basis. VIP Pet services was scheduled on 3-25-25 from 5-7pm. I arrived at 4:50pm and was six in line. I was told by staff to download the app which would put me in a virtual line, afterwards I was told I could wait in my car or shop. I followed those instructions only to find out at 6:30 by another customer that the app wasn’t working and I had to get back in line. I was the next to the last person to me waited on after initially be the number six. I was frustrated to say the least. It was a horrible experience and I still don’t have the records to show the shots my dog received

The Vet Techs at this location are wonderful! Especially Greg, who took such great care of my scared dog. Both Vet Techs are professional, caring and so kind. The Vet was also wonderful. He was patient, knowledgeable and great with my dog. He took time to explain every procedure and answer questions. I would highly recommend this location and the great staff!

Took a kitten in I found by the river. In my opinion they took VERY good care of him. Medications they prescribed him have been working wonders. Strongly recommend!

VIP PETCARE WELLNESS CENTER DID IT AGAIN ~ FANTASTIC SERVICE! Very kind and Professional Service given to my boy. Highly recommend the Smart Care Plan, GREAT SAVINGS on all of our visits. Dr. Fosdick, Dr. Jen and Staff take such great care , time and patience with Thaddeus. Thadd looks so forward to visiting. He is what you say: A take charge kinda fella. Highly Recommend

The wait time to see the veterinarian was minimal. The check-in time was also minimal. The vet and tech were both friendly and professional. They understood the issues with our cat. There was an explanation of everything they were doing as they did it. It was great that our cat felt comfortable with them and stayed very calm during the visit. The price was very reasonable. In all the visit was quick, friendly, professional, and affordable. Would definitely recommend.

They were so wonderful! My dog had a terrible ear infection and they really cared and felt bad for him . They have him on 3 prescriptions and we go back in a week.
