Wish I could leave a negative star. Why make an appointment to get oil change when you still have to wait 2 hours like a walk in.

tried on jeans and left a pair in the fitting room on accident and worker was very rude about it

Customer service is non existent here. I don't do self serve but my brother went to that area. I asked for help and was denied help so I laid my purchace on a shelf and walked out. I may give them one more chance and go to a live cashier next time.
