Be careful in dealing with this business! We ordered a bed, chairs, and bookshelves. We told two salespeople that we needed to have the delivery men move the old bed from downstairs to upstairs. When the delivery men arrived they refused to move the bed because there was nothing in their notes about moving a bed. The salespeople never bothered to write it down! So the delivery guys said it would be $60, then $30, then $80 to move the bed. As they were leaving, one of the delivery men said, "If your dog comes near me and bites me, I'm going to kick it." They did come back to finish the delivery, but the owner of the company didn't have the professionalism to call us back! They also didn't know how to set up the new bed we purchased. After spending thousands of dollars on furniture there in the past; we will be buying from another furniture store.

When there for a rocker recliner.they had a large selection at great prices.they will deliver it this week.

Recommending Capperella Furniture - we bought a chair last week and it was delivered today. First, everyone in the store was masked; second, they checked the chair over before sending it (floor model sale); third, delivery guys are GREAT! - Masked, efficient, polite. We are pleased!

We bought a beautiful couch and recliner/rocker . The couch on the one side became soft after a few weeks. No one could come to pick it up because we had a ice storm. Later it was taken back to the store four times and each time it came back with the same problem. I often wander if it was really fixed??

I bought a mattress from this store (after almost leaving because I had to wait for help) and was disappointed that the price they told me was wrong, when we went to write up the invoice (it was $200 more than the salesman, "HP", had stated). The salesmen told me they'd order it and have it to me within two weeks. However, today (two weeks) later, I called and he told me that they "missed the cutoff" to order it that week (even though I asked him to confirm that it would be here within two weeks) and then said something about the "COVID stuff going on". At this point, we're two months into COVID, and I wish I had purchased a mattress somewhere else. Therefore, I cannot recommend this store.

Bought a dining room set there several years ago. Was told it was an open item. In the mean time a chair leg to the set was brokenCalled to get a replacement. Lol capperelle dropped the company so now I'm out a chair. Then bought a flex steel sofa and a spring is coming up under the seat. Asked about that being repaired. Well guess what . Can't do that either. .after shopping there for years and years no longer will I be a capperelle customer.
