While I was renting my home, Corman Homes/Melissa were our property management team and we never had any issues with them. They were easy to communicate with, it was easy to pay rent, and they fixed any repairs right away.Melissa then turned into our realtor and the experience we had with Melissa was top notch. Being our first home purchased, Melissa made everything easy and simple. Melissa answered every single one of our questions, kept us on track, and we truly felt like she always did what was best for us. With her experience, she connected us to her associates and they were an extension of her. We highly recommend Melissa.

We rented a property from Melissa (@ Corman Home Sales) for 3 years and it was overall a very positive experience. She was great to deal with and was always prompt and responsive to any maintenance needs we had. I would strongly recommend renting from Corman Home Sales & Property Management in the future!

Melissa is, without a doubt, the single best realtor I have ever worked with. She not only handled everything that came up during the sale process, she made me feel like my interests were being put first.Melissa was a wonderful advocate and her knowledge of the Bellefonte area proved invaluable. Additionally, she is so well connected with workmen in the area that all repairs I had to do were handled professionally, quickly and with minimal effort on my part.I can't recommend her and Corman Home Sales enough!
