I thoroughly enjoyed the class. The instructor was friendly and motivating. The class challenged me and I felt like I got a good workout in. I also was able to weigh myself and get a print out of my body fat /muscle composition etc.

I can’t say enough good things about Elite Edge Athletics! My daughter has done personal training with John for a couple years and the difference in her is amazing! Although she began training to get stronger and faster for softball she also developed an overall confidence in herself that has helped her be successful both on and off the softball field. I highly recommend Elite Edge Athletics and can’t thank John enough for all he’s done!

When fighting the depths of depression I found myself again with Elite Edge Athletics! The classes whether a 30 min or 45 min give me just what I need to be a better me! John and Erin are always giving ideas on modifications if you feel you can't do the exercise assigned. Bring a plus size girl I have never felt one ounce of self doubt in the gym, with the trainers or the other Surgers. If your thinking of signing up or even giving Elite Edge a try I say go for it, stop thinking and start doing. I promise the only regret you'll have is not starting sooner.

I’ve been taking my son here for a few months for 1:1 with John and he always looks forward to it! Very professional and John always seems to know how to challenge him. Seeing great improvements and even more confidence and motivation outside the gym. Highly recommend!

I started doing Surge workouts at Elite Edge in September 2019, and have never felt as healthy and in-shape as I do now in March 2020. I'm able to enjoy activities like hiking more, am sleeping better and am more focused at work. I would absolutely recommend Surge and Elite Edge to anyone — even just a 30 minute Surge a few times per week can change your whole world.

Having done a number of gym memberships over the years, Elite Edge is by far the best. John knows his craft, and has an excellent approach. In private lessons, he points out how to improve in a constructive manner. In class settings, he delivers personal adjustment without drawing attention to the individual (personally I don't mind getting called out for poor performance, that energizes me, but I know others don't like it). His staff are equally skilled, and deliver a consistently top-notch experience.Surge is a custom interval training program, and is awesome. There's a focus on body weight and personal movement, making it accessible to any level of fitness. A different workout six days a week, and then whole thing changes every month. You never plateau, and by the end of the month you can see a difference compared to how you start. I've been attending classes for three years now, and I still dread the first week of a new program. This doesn't come with a premium price tag either; it's more than Planet Fitness, but the equipment is better, you don't have to wipe it down, class sizes are small, and you're getting a lot of personalized attention.Dollar for dollar, it's easily the best deal in fitness classes and personal training in the area.

Elite Edge is everything you’re looking for in a gym. I recently was in for one of their Surge workouts and it was a fantastic experience! John is an incredible trainer/instructor who is truly invested in making sure you have a great experience. The gym itself is a large space and has quite a lot to offer. I would highly recommend Elite Edge to everyone- from novices, like myself, to fitness experts!

I started at Elite Edge Athletics in October 2019. I've never been a gym-goer. John and the trainers all made me and others feel welcome and provided an environment where you can focus completely on getting a good workout. Highly recommend for people of all fitness levels.

I started with Elite Edge's Surge program in January and I'm hooked! The class itself is fast paced, always changing, and, while challenging, it's never boring! The people there make it even more fun. Not just our trainers, but all the members! There is no judgement (John, Erin, and Caitlin always help with modifications for something that might be too difficult for someone) and lots of positivity!

I am a former D1 college football player. I know a great system and workout when I see one. John and his trainers are all top notch and highly qualified. They know how to motivate and they also have modifications for every exercise for my pregnant wife! This gym is truly elite and their cleaning standards are well above the industry average!

I get bored very easily with workouts and I've tried so many different ones trying to find something that keeps me excited and engaged. Surge is it!! I've never had so much fun working out - it's challenging and has pushed me out of my comfort zone, which is just what I needed. I've also not had one workout session that is exactly the same, so it keeps me from getting bored! The minute you walk in you feel like you've been a part of the Surge group for years. Everyone is so welcoming and fun and there is a great sense of camaraderie!

I've done a couple surge classes and done some one on one personal training. John is a very knowledgeable trainer capable of determining any deficiencies you have and helping you correct them. He seems to really care about his clients.

You will not find a more nurturing and caring environment when it comes to fitness, health and all around wellness. John and the rest of the staff at EEA are like old friends that want nothing more than to see you succeed and will cheer you on every step of the way. Oh yeah, the workouts are killer too. Group training, one on one training, educational classes and yoga!
