The service used to be very good, but the new employee, an old woman with glasses I had never seen before, provided such horrendous service that I felt like she was out of her mind.

Easily stand in line at the dollar general check out wait your turn and they take your pre labeled package or packet and scan it in the FedEx system and text you the info. Was great. I just kept on forgetting to stop for a week to drop off my packet. Packet reached it's return destination just fine.
