Grays friendly staff and great customer service. The staff is patient, thorough and very professional. They towed after a car broke down and pulled a stuck car out of a very difficult place not a scratch. The experience is excellent and they knowledgeable. Call them first anytime. The only drawback is a location that is a bit hard to find.

Great experience - I was stranded after my car broke down about 5 miles from home and they towed me back to my local shop. Friendly and knowledgeable. I'd call them first anytime.
