Mike has been extremely helpful and incredibly easy to work with right from the start! 10/10 would, and have, recommend Sullivan's Storage to anyone and everyone I possibly can. The condition of the units, the security of the facility, and the ease of getting the unit set up are excellent. We so appreciated the lock and three keys being included so we did not have to go out and buy that ourselves. Additionally, while we had uncertainty of what size and how many units we would truly need, Mike was understanding and quick to accommodate our changing and evolving needs. Mike is easily accessible via text, phone, and email anytime we have questions or need something. We noticed the seal on one of our units was starting to disintegrate and he quickly made moves to remedy that by replacing the seal. Truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Mike and the facility. The convenience of the location is also top notch, especially for those in the Bellefonte area.

Mike made everything so simple, and the storage space was really clean and easy to access. Communication was great, and the whole price was smooth even though we were coordinating from the other side of the state.

I rented a very reasonably-priced 10"x10" storage unit from Mike from January through June of this year. The units and property are clean, modern and secure, and offer good protection from the elements. The units have raised concrete slabs to protect from rain water. I had my belongings stored there in snowy, rainy and hot weather- all my stuff was unaffected by these conditions. There wasn't even dust on my things after 6 months.
Mike is very personable and goes out of his way to meet your needs and provide the best customer service. He answered all my concerns about how weather might affect my belongings, and even offered that if I felt the need for it, that there were other businesses locally who had temperature-controlled units. He's a real stand-up guy.
If you are looking for a safe place in State College to store your belongings, I highly recommend Sullivan's Mini Storage.

Mike the owner is a great guy. He made sure to make sure I was taken care of when it came to getting my storage unit, and throughout my time of having a unit with him. He even came out and introduced myself when I was first moving my stuff in.Always made sure everything was safe as well. Great facility of storage unit. Would definitely use again if I hadn’t moved out of the area.

The entire process, from securing the right unit, handling online payments, and closing my account once I vacated the unit, was extremely easy. The unit was clean when I rented initially, it was secure and access was available anytime I needed it! I highly recommend Mike and Sullivan’s Storage!!

While they may not always answer the phone right away, they always call back and/or text you if preferred. My stuff stayed dry and I had 24/7 access to my unit which was extremely convenient.

I like to support businesses that are locally owned and not controlled by some faceless corporation. With this business you can deal directly with the owner Michael Sullivan. I had rented a unit which unfortunately had an issue. Mike was very responsive (like in minutes after I contacted him) and he got me into another unit. I was very pleased with Mike' responsiveness and how he handled things.

Mike came to the rescue! Drove a truckload of my daughter's stuff up from Texas thinking she'd have a place to live before I got there. Couldn't wait around for the apartment rental company to enjoy their Labor Day weekend. Called Mike out of desperation. He answered immediately and set us up with a 10 x 10 unit with a lock in less than 30 minutes. I was very impressed with the facilities. Nice and clean and very secure.
