Customer service is truly Disappointing to say the least. Saturday crew had no idea what was going on. They waited till I got there to pick up my reservation to start working on lights. Ten minutes later they tell me it's broke. Kind of weird you're gonna wait to the customer and get started working on your equipment. Top it off they leave a message for me to call. I called three or four times from 12:30 to 1 no answer.

I wish I could give ZERO Stars!!!!They rented me a Rototiller from the 50s that barely worked. I called them from my house three times trying to get assistance over the phone. I loaded that old Rototiller back on my truck and returned it. When I got there I spoke to a nasty old man behind the desk -Tom? who basically told me "too bad so sad."They ripped me off of the $56.18. I am in the process of disputing that fee with my credit card company and I have no doubt that I will win. If I don't win, I will take them to the local Magistrate for trying to rip off senior citizens. Don't go there !!!!!!!!!

Rented a 6" wood chipper from them last weekend. They showed me how to use it and were very patient with me when I had to call a technician to help fix a jam (from my mis-operation) on a Sunday afternoon. The technician, Dave, fixed it very quickly and was very understanding.

Friendly, helpful, and more often than not l find what l want. Also, True Value's interior and exterior paint beats all the competition in my view, even the most famous one, for ease of use and coverage.

I was up doing work for a Uhaul center and realized that I didn't have the proper tools for the job at hand. So I explained to the staff what I was doing and gave me multiple options and worked out great. They have a great staff and very friendly to out of towners.
