I came to pick up my medication and had a very negative interaction with one of the pharmacists. Because of my health issues, I often have difficulty speaking loudly, and instead of showing patience, she responded rudely and told me I needed to “speak up.” It was dismissive, insensitive, and came across as very ableist. I left feeling disrespected and uncomfortable, and ended up walking away without getting the help I needed. A little more compassion and understanding would have gone a long way

I get my prescriptions here and this pharmacy is located in a grocery store so you can purchase items in the store when you come to get your medicines. The pharmacists and techs are helpful and pleasant.

Everyone in Pharmacy helpful and nice. Love weis brand ice cream and awesome baked goods. Everything else is too expensive, try to get things I like when on sale.

Customer service is very good. Requests are handled quickly, but often include reasonable wait times.

I'm not sure if they changed suppliers or what, but starting in January the prescriptions they've been filling with generics do not work. I and members of my family take daily prescriptions that you can easily tell if they are working, and none of the medications in the most recent refills have worked.
For example- I take amlodipine for high blood pressure. I've taken it for years, had no issues, blood pressure under control. After I began taking the most recent refill my pressure immediately began acting as if I was completely unmedicated. This went on for two weeks until I managed to get into the doctor and they wrote me a new prescription for somewhere else, and with the new amlodipine from a different provider my blood pressure immediately went back to normal.
My wife and child take other prescriptions with easily measurable effects and they had the same issue in the same time frame, which also reverted to normal with new pills from a different provider.
Weis is cheaping out on the quality of medicine, just like with their food, and they're going to kill people.

Weis pharmacy has 3 checkout counters that are never fully staffed, creating a huge line of people every time I come here. They seriously need to properly staff this new pharmacy counter.

When I first moved here this was the first grocery store I shopped at. It's expensive so I don't do my food shopping here anymore but what this place is awesome for is speciality items and craft beer. They have a wide variety of vegetarian meat options if you're interested in that but they're expensive so we really only get them for special occasions. They have a far superior selection of craft beer than any other grocery store in the area I've found. This is my go to place for beer run and it's very convenient. The beer is located at the front of the store and has its own register so it's in and out quick.

They are a nice, large store with numerous advantages -- HOWEVER, that is not in compliance with mask wearing. The clerks were very well informed about folk medicine and several noted emphatically that the Weis corporate policy does not require masks. They did put masks on when I approached, and put forward in a cordial manner how many doctors argue that you don't need masks. I do not think masks are a matter of opinion, and PA regulations still require them despite what the clerks believe that such regulations not only do not apply but never applied. Several customers also did not have masks, but there were no signs up saying masks were required. (a month or more ago they did have signs, greeters, and cleaned carts, which is sad that they have basically gone from good to not acceptable). The carts were not cleaned, but you could clean them yourself if you looked around. This attitude is why we can't have nice things. This attitude that science is a matter of opinion suggests that they think pasteurization is an opinion rather than a scientific public health process. Oh, hmm. I guess it is. I found at least one out of date fresh food package that could have made me sick. I'll be back when we have a vaccine, but will keep in mind that they fundamentally did not care to protect me or themselves, that they were willfully ignorant, and flouted (or flaunted) state regulations designed to protect people at minimum cost.
