“I'm a fitness enthusiast so I've worked out in many different places--few even come close to the quality that you get at Body & Soul. It's a facility with so much to offer at low rates. The reason I joined initially was because I got tired of signing contracts; I'm someone who's on-the-go and like the freedom of being able to pay as I go without worrying about being locked into a contract or having to pay initiation fees.A nice feature of the center is that you don't need to be a member to use the amenities offered. Body & Soul has day and weekly passes available to purchase, which comes in handy if you have a friend or family member visiting from out of town that would like to join you in a workout.Whether you like to lift, use cardio equipment, enjoy participating in group classes, prefer to do CrossFit, want to shoot hoops with friends, play a few games of ping pong or pool, work on your skills in the batting cage or the virtual golf simulator, or practice some MMA on the body bag and wrestling mats, Body & Soul truly has it all. There are also rooms available to rent out for private events and parties.The center is always kept sparkling clean and is employed by friendly, helpful staff. The members are kind and nonjudgemental; management does a great job of ensuring a family-friendly, positive environment for all to enjoy.I've been a member for a few years now and STILL have not utilized everything the center has to offer. Next up on my to-do list are to enjoy the walking trail, tennis courts, and fishing the stocked pond when the weather is warmer. I also can't wait to try out the aqua massage and red light therapy rooms--I've heard great things about the benefits of red light therapy! Definitely check this place out! I can't recommend it highly enough.P.S. The center has a pond inside where an adorable but very shy turtle lives. He comes out sometimes. Try to spot him on your way in! :)”
