Kayla at this location is a rockstar. I came in today with issues with my hotspot and she handled myself and 9 other peoples separate inquiries all at once. She is an asset to this retailer because she certainly should’ve had help with her and did not. Still handled everything with grace and ease.

Always had good interactions with employees here , not today . Male employee showed up 20 minutes late (supposed to open at 10am) . He blamed it on his boss not scheduling anyone to work that day , sounds like B.S. . Update ... New employee on Saturdays. He can't show up on time either . Supposed to open at 10am shows up 1hr late 3wks in a row . Wanted to buy a new phone , guess I'll go to a different store

I've been using Cricket Wireless since they first started never had any problems with anything phone service in fact some of these big iPhones I get better service with Cricket will not change my phone service that's for sure very happy thank you Cricket for your great services

The woman who helped me with a new phone was on top of her game!!! It was the best service I have ever received while having to purchase a new phone. She was a pro at multi-tasking and displayed excellent customer service skills! She paid attention to everyone in the store. Thank you, Frankie!!!
