Update on the review, i added a photo that they posted just the other day at the pharmacy. I understand being understaffed and being behind, HOWEVER, they are never kind. If you can't be kind why should customers be kind to you.

CVS Pharmacy in Bellevue is the BEST! Yesterday I didn't have my updated insurance cards when I picked up my scripts. (The new cards hadn't come in the mail yet.) My bad. Well, the young lady who waited on me said that if I brought the updated info with me I'd get a full refund and only have to pay the copays. Naturally, when I got home yesterday, the new ID cards were in my mailbox. LOL So I took it up to CVS today and the same young lady (I believe her name was Heather) was working and knew exactly why I was there. Very quick and efficient!

You know, ever since I switched over to CVS for my pharmacy needs I find myself in them more than ever now. I don't know what has come over me. On this recent visit I had placed an order for food nearby and while it was being prepared I decided to go in and grab a few things that might be needed for my evening. Read that as snacks and drinks to go along with the food. Having like twenty minutes to kill I was able to browse a bit. Surprisingly their shelves were stocked adequately and the place was relatively clean. Staff were super nice in here and welcomed me as soon as I walked in the door and chatted with me while I checked out. The one thing to worry about here is that it appears to be a hang out for kids. I know, weird place to hang out at, but it happens. The cashier also said that she was worried that some shoplifting was going on. Being the only one in the store (or at least on the floor) made it hard for her to watch everything that was going on.

I usually don't get great service at this CVS. workers are usually unhappy and unwelcoming. today i went into this location and had a very pleasant encounter with Janet. keep doing what you're doing girl we need more like you.

If you enjoy making a special trip to pick up advertised sales, only to find the shelf bare, then this is the place for you. Whatever day you go, the truck is coming "tomorrow." Call me crazy, but the first day of a sale, there should be product on the shelf.

I have used this pharmacy, and store for quite awhile now. I had decided to get all of my prescriptions delivered. I have lung damage, and other issues, and I can't go out when it is bitter cold. I have had no problems until December 20, 2017 with Diane the delivery person. I have a door bell that sometimes does not work. I had asked please call me when you get here. Before I had my refills taken back to the store, with no explanation. Thank God my friend Kerry was there he dropped them off in his way home. Well on said date, she asked if my doorbell works I said it was? She responded with " I don't like to use my personal phone to call people". Why don't you tell your landlord to make sure it is fixed?! I told her I can't go out when it is really cold, I cannot breathe in that weather. Apparently after 1 year of having to call me was WAY TO MUCH!!!! AND SHE PROCEEDED TO REPEAT HERSELF WITH EVERYTHING SHE ALREADY SAID?! WAS I DEAF D*** AND STUPID?! I AM 55 YEARS YOUNG, A COLLEGE GRADUATE, WITH ALL MY MARBLES WHERE THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE!!! She said well I guess I will have to keep using my phone?! Please don't do me any bloody favors! I called the main number for CVS, due to letting people go at the end of the year, I never received a call back!? I spoke to the one pharmacist up there, Diane said I wasn't trying to be rude?! REALLY? WELL YOU WERE, AND IGNORANT, AND CONDESCENDING, AND BITCHY TO!! I am also disabled, I have an Aide that comes on Thursday but that is all!! They deliver Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. What happens if my Aide is sick, am I supposed to do without my medicine?! I understand that I was the only one she called , but as my best friend said, what happens if you don't have a doorbell? His building does not have them! What do you do? Hang out the bloody window like a dog? Or wait like for UPS, who never left a tag on the door for a delivery and my upstairs neighbor sent back?! I give them zero stars to! I'm sorry CVS, does not pay you enough to get another phone, but Trac Phone has phones for $10.00, AND YOU OWN THE PHONE, AND PAY FOR AIRTIME WHICH IS NOT EXPENSIVE, SO THAT EXCUSE IS B.S.! I want to hear back from your corporate office and how you are going to rectify this situation?! If you had a problem you could have said something, only ONCE, instead of 15 times, and having a hissy fit! The ball is inn your corner CVS, if you take over Aetna Insurance, you can't have something like that, and the other person in the pharmacy, who needs to find another job?!
