“Had a great experience at this small, family owned dealership in the Pittsburgh, PA adjacent town of Castle Shannon. The company has been in business for 4 decades. Currently a father and son operation at this, their second car lot/location. Brian Martin is taking over the business and he and his father Butch did their best to ensure I was satisfied with my 2017 Mini. I am an hour away from the dealership and so this was a transaction made at the dealership. All went well, with honest, upfront dealing through the entire experience. No excuses, pressure or attempt to sell anything but the car itself. The car was all they described and we made the deal. I picked the car up a few days later and it was ready to go, with a full tank of gas and a 30 day, 1000 mile guarantee. A refreshing car buying experience. “I bought my first ever “toy” after a year long search from LW. I have never before purchased something like this, especially prior to actually seeing it. The LW Automotive team was patient with me and helped me develop the confidence I needed to commit. I picked up the car last week and could not be happier. “I was searching for a SUV for my mother who lives In Uniontown and me living in NC. I pulled up vehicles on carfax and came across a Honda CRV that was on their lot. I called and talked to Keggan about the vehicle and was very satisfied with the info he gave me. About 10 minutes later his Dad Jeffrey called me back and said they would take the SUV up to her to see it. I thanked him for that and we talked about the Honda. After that call I felt very comfortable buying a car from them. That afternoon I called and gave them a deposit to hold it. 2 days later my mom is driving her Honda. “Wanted to give a shout out to Patrick and Joe at Fellini Auto Sales in PA. My son and I were invited to test drive any vehicle they had and were even told about a 5 mile gold loop to do the testing. Patrick was professional, personable and knowledgeable.
We looked at two other lots and they were total duds. We returned to Fellini and picked out what car we would buy and Joe worked with us to make a good plan. He was up on all the latest info about buying a car, and got the financing like a champ, and he even has a sense of humor.

“I bought a car from these guys at a great price about two months ago. We briefly mentioned if anything was wrong with the vehicle within the first couple weeks they would help us out. They agreed and sure enough a couple weeks later the exhaust split open at the back because the car had some rust. I called them the day of it happening and they said we could bring it in the following morning. They took care of it right away, got it out of there fast, and did it completely free! Not only are these guys men of their word but they’re just great upstanding people as well. I wish there was a higher rating than 5 stars. I would highly recommend buying from them.”

“No issuess , no haggling. I went in told them what car I wanted to see. Test drive, sign papers, out the door and on the road in about 1.5hrs. Mike was great! Got home and did a quick detail. The interior is showroom clean right off the lot!”
“They have a lot of really awesome and unique vehicles. They were knowledgeable about their vehicles and willing to help with the pre purchase inspection. The car buying process was quick and straightforward. Fees for transfer plate title etc were $555, which I think is quite reasonable and there were no other extra cost on top of the agreed price except the unavoidable sales tax.
The other dealer that I was looking at had something like a $1000-1500 cleaning fee and charged $240 to transport the car to a local mechanic for a pre purchase inspection. Exceptional Motors transported to the mechanic for free and there were no extra hidden dealer fees.”
