Went there at 5 til close to get some toothache medicine for my wife. Instead of asking me what he could help me find since they were closing soon, the kid working there says “2 minutes, you gotta get outta here.” I won’t be back

Why was it a good idea to go down to 1 single register? The other register is self check out and always broken. Tonight I waited behind 2 women that legit do their grocery shopping at DG while holding my 50 cent birthday card. After about 10 minutes and 1 cart load a man appeared and boom the self check out register was opppeeen for the 1st time I've ever witnessed. Let it be open..and stay open please..so people like me (procrastinator in a hurry needing a cheap card) aren't inconvenienced. Thank you!

Dollar general needs to start paying their employees to match the inflation for one and two no product is ever put away because you refuse to pay people correctly and get staff in your stores. This is embarrassing for dollar generals everywhere AS THEY ARE ALL THE SAME WAY. sickening. If I was your staff I’d be scheduling walkouts or strikes!

Dont even want to give this store 1 star. Dirty floors. Items are thrown everywhere and merchandise lying on the floors. Tripping hazards. Clerks can be seen outside smoking and on their cellphone. Very messy store.
