“Kudos to Lisa! And whomever else may have assisted her in locating my lost order. I provided a merchant with my physical address (Tyrone, PA address) because they were shipping UPS. Not knowing they were going to hand the shipment off to USPS. I do not receive mail at my physical address….I have a PO Box in a Post Office (for various reasons) in Bellwood, PA (which is close to my house). Shipment was located after 3 days being lost.?”
“Even with a line of customers complaining about the time it was taking, postal workers calmly and methodically processed each customer's mail in an efficient manner. I liked this because trying to rush their work to appease a couple of complainers could introduce errors that prevents my mail from getting where I need it to.”
