I had already shopped at multiple local carpet retailers and Adams was the last place I went. I was at my wits-end and virtually ready to give up. The other places were not very intuitive or even helpful but Jeff took the time to explain what the best options were for my budget and made me feel very confident in my selections. I’m extremely happy with the product Jeff sold me and the installation! Definitely a five star experience!

Jeff was the most knowledgeable person my wife and I spoke to about carpet. Great pricing and quality materials. I would highly recommend this carpet store to a friend and already have done so and they were happy also. The installation was 5 star.

My husband and I stopped in on a whim. Spoke to Jeff who is an upstanding friendly guy. Rug picked out and installed within a week! Good all around people. Great service!

I went to their Bensalem location and dealt with a guy named Jeff. Even though they were expensive, Jeff made me think that they will do a great job with installation. I was wrong!!! They did a horrible job and have yet to finish the job due to missing items. I called Jeff three times, everytime he said someone will call me and finally he said thats not his responsibility and the owner named Ernie handles installation. I called Ernie twice, everytime he said someone will be there "next Thursday". Installation was completed over a month ago, someone has yet to show up. Lack of customer service and poor job with installation. Beware of these scammers, they just want your money.

Jeff in Bensalem sold me carpet once again. This time I got flooded. The 1st experience was purchasing carp for my upstairs. The came out removed the soaked carpet so I could dry it out before mildew came along, Then they were nice enough to hold my oder until I had the place cleaned up and dry. The new carpet is beautiful, they matched the pattering from the steps to the basement floor , true professionals. The carpet and stairs make the down stairs POP , I will only go see Jeff at Adams carpet ,

The salesman was great. After that it went all down hill. The initial installation started off with them cutting the carpet incorrectly. The seam would've been in the middle of my living room. They were reading the drawing wrong. They've been back twice to fix the seam because your can see it ( in been had this problem before). The bedroom doorways are sloppily done. And the seams on the stairs, don't get me started. It took 2 phone calls to get someone to come out. They're going to redo the stairs but we had to wait for more carpet to be ordered. They finally call to set up an appointment and I tell them they have to be done by 3PM. At 2 PM, no one has shown up or called. My husband finally called them and they are coming Saturday. I hope they don't send the same installers that were there the first 2 times.

Worst experience!!Saleman at Bensalem store is so unprofessional!! Started in January. Installed in march? Has to be ripped up again. Still waiting. Nightmare!!
