The young man Terrance working the fronts desk is the whole reason I’m writing this review. He helped us find what we were looking for and had an AMAZING attitude and personality! I usually don’t review places but I felt like I needed to give him a shout out.

I've witnessed the worst customer service and had the most disturbing experience at that place. A guy was going on and on and talking down to a customer while their manager came out yelling at the same customer without asking questions professionally to deescalate what was going on. All she did was yelling and made things worst. Check your rude employees and your nasty g.hetto attitude before coming to work up here. I'm not even sure where they digging up those kind of people from to work with the public. She had no regards to any of us customers who were shopping there. And that customer was obviousy irate due to how their employee was talking down to a paying customer as if they are doing us a favor. The manager had no regards to other customers and was very disrespectful. I went in to purchase a few things but made one purchase because I couldn't take how loud and obnoxious that manager was. I will never go to that place or reccomand it to anyone I know. She needs to be retrain she was absurdly rude and arrogant. Just count your days, you're very replaceable at that little job. Soon enough AI will be taking your job since you obviously have no respect or regards to customers who are paying you. If we dont buy there, you will not be getting paid. Your customer service skill is a -0 and you shouldn't be working with the public. Go to a barn or a farm and work with animals instead because that's the best job for you.

The employees here are so clueless, and always messing around, theres no management at all, like someone already mentioned they should be working at GameStop instead. I don’t even bother going here anymore since auto zone is right down the street, go there the employees are very smart and will definitely help you out.

Bought the wrong product by mistake. Came back the next day with the receipt and was told they dont take back anything electrical. Worst return policy. Left my stuff on the counter I'm sure they will re sell it. Thankyou for nothing.

pretty much on point .... only issue i dont care much for is the website directs me to jersey locations which is not the location's problem< more so coporate?> ... i even update to the bensalem <street rd> location everytime but it doesnt take

Wouldn't let me return 2 wipers cause I paid cash and didn't get them from this store. Asked for district manager number and said they can't give it to me. Asked managers name and he replied back real rude (it's mike that's all you need to know) after calling old district manager (Jon young) and had him call store they said it's cause they don't have enough cash in the draw. $31.50 if they don't have that how could they operate a store? Jon even seemed like he knew they were full of it. And to top it off all the guys were laughing in the background and another employee walking in gave me a dirty look. Putting a call in to corporate and letting them know what kind of employees are working and representing the store at the bensalem street rd location. With being so close to the store I will gladly take my business to autozone or pepboys. Just so happened I was near a advanced auto in the next town over and got the wrong size blades and figured no big deal i have a advanced auto near the house. . When I go to a autozone or a pepboys you can see the difference in customer service and attitude it's all better. With that being said I will never step in the advanced auto on street rd and I will share my experience every chance I get so the locals know just drive a mile in either direction to get quality service.

GoodTo answer your question, I was in the store for about 10 minutes and nobody even acknowledge my presence. They were debating (very loud) about Android vs iPhone. Making jokes and all leaning at the counter. I even had to wait for about 1-2 minute before they will call me to pay, since they were still talking. I left 4 stars because I founded what I was looking for... otherwise it would be a 2... I hope this helps your leadership team !
