Love this place. Shane is very friendly and accommodating. Their waiting room and bathroom are absolutely spotlessly clean, which is a very nice thing after visiting some other mechanic shops and feeling like I needed a hazmat suit to go in there. They also have cable and free coffee if you want it. Their prices are reasonable and the wait time was not long at all for an inspection. Thanks guys!

Butch & Shane are great guys and they are honest and reliable. The mechanics are knowledgeable and hardworking and can fix anything- domestic or foreign. I've been taking my card and my families card there for about 30 years. I don't go any else.

I am not a local, but needed a quick check for a tire issue. Called Alexander's and Shane told me to bring in my car and they would help me out. Shane was at the desk when I arrived and was very helpful and friendly. Technician made sure my car was safe to drive, which is exactly what I needed to know. My wife and I have been bringing our vehicles to this location for about a year now mostly for oil changes/maintainance and are very satisifed with the level of service and professionalism! The quality of work done is top notch at fair prices. I recently had a misfiring issue with my 2016 Honda Civic and the issue was handled perfectly. My car with over 200,000 miles on it runs like new! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

As always, Alexander's Automotive took great care of my car's repair in a very timely manner. I am particularly impressed with the patience shown to me when I ask questions as well as the way my car's issues are explained to me. I don't like to show up without an appointment, but my 'check engine' light was flashing and I thought it best to drive straight there. Knowing they were very busy, it was a pleasant surprise that my car's issue was handled as quickly as it was.
