Whereas I didn’t love the store or the experience too much, the staff saved the whole day. We had used the dash cart for our whole order and the system glitched and we wound up back and forth with managers trying to get it sorted. Adam immediately came to help us and tried his hardest and he called Sandy who spent at least 10 mins trying to fix it and was so nice even though we were beginning to get irritable with the situation. Finally, James the manager of the store came over and was fantastic. He helped us and got us out with a great outcome. I probably wouldn’t have gone back if it wasn’t for the staff. Do I think the store was great? Probably not. But, I’m a big believer in frequenting places where the staff goes above and beyond and today they did. Thanks for saving the day. We will be back.

I bought tomatoes at Amazon Fresh, and the cashier weighed them incorrectly. When I went back to point it out, she didn’t take any responsibility and just called another employee to weigh them again. Honestly, this is basic cashier training — knowing how to weigh produce correctly. It’s not about the money; it’s about the careless attitude and lack of accountability. Very disappointing experience.

I have been wanting to come into the Amazon fresh store for a while now. I just went tonight for all of my Thanksgiving food n things! From the start, it was a great experience. One of the employees help me set up the cart so that way I could use my account and scan everything as I Went shopping. The cart was awesome because I was even able to find things in the store through the Touchscreen. Though, I do have to say the employees there were so great. I was looking for a certain pie and it wasn’t on the shelf. A young man helped me. He went to the back to check if they had any more and Brought me out a coconut cream pie. I asked a few employees for different things and everybody was helpful! I will definitely be shopping for my groceries here from now on. I also like the online option as well. But after today, I prefer to just come into the store. It’s super clean easy to find everything. Also, the prices are incredible!!!!! Cheapest in town!

Came in mostly for the hot bar after the gym. The selection was on point, and the salad bar was great.
Now it's empty and looks like it's not coming back. Unfortunate.

Always shop here. Gotta go early AM as the shelves empty early and don't seem to be replenished during the day.

Store is fine but there is real problem with salad bar and hot bar when ever you go there it’s never ready . It’s so shame that you cannot relay on there timing . Every time they will give u excuses.

Good variety but half the check-out stations weren't working and there was only 1 station for alcohol sales. Took 20mins to shop but 25mins to pay. Not coming back here again!

Updating my review: They now allow contactless payment! By habit I always tap to pay with my debit card, after I did it, I was waiting for it to tell me that it wasn’t possible because I forgot, but to my surprise, it worked !!!
Love the store love the prices love that is never crowded when I go, but what I don’t love is how this is a company or a store that’s based on smart technology, but don’t even allow you to use tap to pay. I understand Apple Pay is a competitor, but I should be able to tap my card or tap my phone when paying from my bank. There are times I come out and I don’t have the card on me and all I have is either my phone or cash and unless I go to the register, I can’t purchase my items. What’s worse is it gives you the option to tap and it tells you to either swipe tap or insert your card but when you tap your card, it tells you it doesn’t allow it. Make it make sense.

My review is more so for the grocery pickup. Everything else is great but on numerous occasions I have sat and sat and waited and waited for my groceries to be brought out when doing pickup. Today I waited at least 30 minutes. Unacceptable as they make you say your on your way before your even there… so where is my stuff??? Also multiple employees came out and smoked their vapes and etc and make eye contact with me and still nothing. I could even see ones inside the doors walking around etc. you think someone would be like um hey anyone got this drive up order?? Ridiculous.
