America's Best? More like America's Worst. Terrible customer service. Everyone that works there seems very angry and upset. How about be grateful you have a job. My wife and I will never go here again, except just to pick up our glasses this week.

I went here to get new glasses (2 for $79.00). It took a month for them to be delivered. Went back in 2-3 days because I can't see and I can't read with the bifocals but was told that the glasses are good but my eyes need to adjust to the new glasses. This doctor is TERRIBLE!!! Well, have to go to somewhere else to replace my new glasses. Simply put, I can't see anything with the glasses from America's Best. Maybe other stores are better but do yourself a favor and save money by STAYING AWAY FROM THIS STORE. Good Luck. ECF

This place is just awful to work with. Not one part of my order has been correct. They don’t notify you when items come in. I’ve come in for visits or revisions and told I didn’t need to be there. There’s no regard for someone’s time at all. I’ve been working on getting a single pair of contacts since October. I keep being told I’ll get a call back regarding any information on them, and there’s never a follow up. It’s now almost Christmas and I’ve managed to get the single pair of glasses I ordered in early October. Still no word on the contacts and they won’t cancel my order unless I come back in again. It’s ridiculous.

I’ve been to other locations and had a great experience. This location on the other hand was the worst experience I’ve had. The exam was fine but when it got to ordering my glasses, the wrong lenses were ordered and 2 months after getting my 3 new pairs which I alternate with, the lens popped out of the nose expensive pair. The woman who I sat with to chose and order my glasses was extremely unpleasant and had a very stand off attitude, she was also insensitive to a woman before me who needed glasses but was struggling with her insurance. I don’t even want to go back to have things fixed anymore, I’ll just be going to a new place from here on.

Waited 3 months for contacts got them today they weren't right, went back and they said there was nothing they could do because of my astigmatism they said they don't make my brand anymore. I found them on 1800 contacts don't recommend this location maybe others are better or more helpful definitely going elsewhere in the future for glasses or contacts

Wonderful establishment for glasses. I had a very quick appointment that I booked the day before. I was in and out in 20 minutes. And my glasses were ready 2 weeks later. The price was great for 2 pairs. Their was a mistake with the one pair of glasses but completely my own for not realizing. They swapped the pair with a new one of my choosing and it was ready 4 days later. They are also fixing my very old glasses right now free of charge. Wonderful business highly reccomend for anyone looking for something new.

My first appointment went well everyone was very nice. 2 weeks later I went to pick up my new glasses and I asked the girl what pair was the glare resistance on them and she was not very helpful she told me they had no way of telling me that but 2 years ago I got the same thing and it was marked on the package witch pair had it and didn't have it. I just think the young woman who helped me could be better trained at the woodhaven location

Switched from another location and am satisfied but not sure why they schedule appointments and have no one there. Had a 920 appointment and only one person was in the building. Had to wait until 930 for pre testing and 940 for the dr to even walk in . This location always seems to have staffing issues.

Let me just say, what a kind group of individuals. The service was outstanding and I can’t thank them enough for their spectacular job.I can’t think of a better group of people then the ones I met today. Once again thank you for the hard work that goes on inside that building.

I had a very positive experience at the Bristol Pike (Woodhaven) location. The process of ordering glasses went smoothly. Lots of choices and my insurance covered one pair and a discount on a 2nd pair. Big shout out to Tina who was exceptionally helpful, friendly and patient. She exemplifies outstanding customer service!

The associate who took my sons glasses order took it upon herself to charge us $80 for thin lenses. We didnt ask for them and she didnt ask us if we wanted them. This is the 2nd time an associate just charged us for something we didnt ask for . The first time I questioned it, so i didnt pay for it. This time i called a couple days later because i was wonder why it was so much money when I have insurance. Is that the policy to just charge customers for things they dont ask for??

I wanted to love it here so bad but the customer service is so poor. No communication, attitude when asking a question, and no instructions or care. I hear one thing from the eye doctor there and then another from the people working at front. The bare minimum is to at least say hello or be helpful w a question

I ordered glasses and about three weeks had gone by. I called probably end of each week and they said glasses didn’t arrive yet. Finally I called the third week and they said they didn’t get anything and couldn’t do anything about it. So at that point I said I might as well go somewhere with better customer service and somewhere a little more reliable. I asked her to return them she couldn’t and a manager had to call me. LITERALLY five minutes later I get a call saying they were in a bin and they didn’t see it….this is literally their job. THENNN it also took three weeks for a trial of contact lenses the nurse/doctor wanted me to try. I also asked for me prescription. I realized I could get my contacts cheaper somewhere else so as I go to place the order and the genius doctor had put the trial contacts as the ones I wear…. Also, the trial daily contacts were so thick I could feel them in my eyes. So now I can’t order until the doctor approves. I call the office the doctor isn’t there and they say call tomorrow. I call the next day the doctor is still not there so try again the next day. Absolutely the worst team of America’s “Best.” Now I’ll wait until the doctor eventually comes in to approve. Then wait another two weeks for my actual contacts to arrive. Fingers crossed I’ll my contacts by Christmas!

This place should be renamed Americas Worst Contact and Eyeglasses. We went to the Woodhaven location and the associated there are rude and disrespectful. I would not recommend this location

Absolutely love this location! Everyone is super nice and friendly. Especially the girl Alex who helped me pick out affordable glasses and deal with my insurance issues. Everything worked out perfectly thanks to all her help. Definitely ask for her when you arrive!
