Snowy day on a Sunday I called the Bensalem Ashley store spoke to a gentleman named Andy who I later found out was the store manager I believe I told him the exact peace’s I wanted and a date that I needed a few weeks out but I didn’t wanna chance it by checking out over the website so he said come in so I ran on over we went over some small details of my sectional I had picked and as we were going over everything about the peace’s and delivery I also met the regional manager both of these men had smiles and were welcoming and personable in every way they had no staff just these two were on the floor I love to see active management I look forward to doing business again GO BIRDS!!!!

Outstanding Service from Jazmin Velazquez!
I went into the Ashley store not really knowing what I wanted, and Jazmin Velazquez went above and beyond to help me. She spent over an hour walking me through the store, showing me different options, and helping me find the perfect furniture for my home. I’ll admit I’m not the easiest customer to please, but she was patient, kind, and incredibly professional the entire time.
What really impressed me was how genuinely she cared about making sure I was happy with my choices. She even gave me her phone number in case I had any issues after my purchase — that kind of personal touch is rare these days! Jazmin made the whole experience enjoyable, and I truly felt like we connected.
If you’re shopping at Ashley, ask for Jazmin Velazquez — she’s amazing and will take great care of you!

I had such a great experience thanks to Jaz! She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect dining set that fit both the look I wanted and the exact dimensions for my space. She really took the time to understand what I was going for and made the whole process easy and fun. Her energy and personality made shopping such a positive experience—I was actually enjoying furniture shopping! So much so, that we decided to buy a rug too! I’ll definitely be coming back and asking for Jaz specifically. Highly recommend working with her!

Terrible delivery service. And terrible customer service. Store doesn't answer phone or return messages. They blame warehouse vendor for delivery problems. The delivery service called & texted me 3x on a friday ahead of scheduled saturday delivery. But on saturday, they were a no show. They wasted 5 hours of my day, waiting for nothing. Then the store AND warehouse were completely unresponsive when i tried to get a new date. The store management talks a good game, but when you leave they forget you. This is a combined Ashley/Regency location. I will never go there again (unless i need to make a warranty claim, we'll see about that).

I ordered a bedroom set in store from them on 9/29 and they said I would receive it in 1-2 weeks, I called them to follow up and then they said I wouldn’t get it until NOVEMBER 26TH, I told them that wasnt what I was told and that if I wasn’t gonna receive the furniture by this week I wanted to cancel the order. They told me I cant cancel the order over the phone. Long story short, dont order from them they’re scammers. They’ve also done the same to other people, not delivering furniture when they say they are
