This place tries to upsell you for dental services you don't want instead of providing what your insurance covers. I have been going to the same dental practices for 6 years with no problems. I have no dental issues. I had to switch because my insurance switched. At Aspen Dental, after the hygienist and dentist examined me, the office manager took me into her office, and told me they recommended $642 worth of services over and above the insurance including an electric toothbrush. I told her that I just wanted to schedule a cleaning which was covered by my insurance, she told me she couldn't help me - very sad . . .

This was by far the best dental visit I’ve had in years! They are friendly, professional and make you feel comfortable. I didn’t have to wait weeks for procedures.

Came in for Motto and my first experience was great. Nobody enjoys the dentist but everyone who worked with me today made what is usually an unpleasant maintenance seamless. The receptionist remembered me from our brief appointment reminder call. Check in was quick and easy. The XRay tech knew how uncomfortable the process was and went out her way to work quickly and keep me comfortable. My hygienist explained everything to me in great detail and the dentist was so patient with my questions and knowledgeable about the Motto product and process.

Had a wonderful experience, people were very friendly and helpful. Did a job that was pain free of clean my teeth which was really need since I haven’t been to a dentist in over a year. Would recommend them to my family and friends.

First time there I felt so comfortable, second time I had a deep cleaning, was painless and great, third time had my tooth pulled didn't feel anything great place awesome staff I highly recommend Aspen Dental they make u feel at home

Nikki the office manager made me feel right at home! I have had a phobia of the dentist since a child and I was absolutely satisfied with my first visit here. The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and explained everything extremely well. Broke down all the dental services and need to get done in the future and and recommend several ways to improve my dental health from home. Super happy with Aspen Bensalem. I will be back and I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking or has trouble visiting the dentist.

Showed up at the latest time possible with a dental emergency (half hour before closing). The Receptionist took care of every detail in a professional manner, The Lab Technician Made an excellent repair and they had me in and out in under a half hours time! OUTSTANDING JOB!! I couldn't recommend this place more!

I have had a terrible fear of the dentist since I was a kid. This was my first time trusting a dentist since I was a child. Best choice ever! I felt so relaxed and not judged. They explain every single step from X-rays, to cleanings, to future work like wisdom teeth. It’s stress free and an amazing experience. They are so gentle and kind. Highly HIGHLY recommend coming here. They also have super flexible times for the typical working person.

This place is award winning!Most have the sentiment, never a good time going to the dentist.Aspen will put you at ease! I've put off for far too long, and i was uneasy about having to get this process started. They were every ounce of professional, accomodating, helpfulin explainantion.I actually can't wait to go back and go through the processes required to establish the best dental hygiene.I'm so thankful I trusted my gut and made the appointment! I look forward to growing a long relationship with this incredible team! Thank you guys!!

I came to this office from out of town to get a chipped tooth fixed. I’ve had this procedure done in the past without requiring X-rays, but this office required them.I told them repeatedly that I did not want them, did not need them, and would never be back to this office as I do not live there. Plus, I’ve already had X-rays done from my regular dentist earlier that year.The X-ray machine was broken so getting the unnecessary and unwanted procedure took over an hour.I got charged $150 for the X-rays after insurance which was about the same as the filling.Perfect example of everything that is wrong with our healthcare system. Pure greed.This is the only review I’ve ever written, but people need to know that they do not care about your consent as a patient.I DID NOT CONSENT!!!!!!

**UPDATE**I have to say that this is one of the best dental offices I've been to. I hate coming to the dentist. I get severe anxiety. But everyone here is so kind and caring. And it shows. I really appreciate that kindness in my life right now. I highly recommend this place. I am here again to have my cap put on and they are so sweet. They know me by name!!! Lol. Not sure if it is a good thing or not. But it was nice to be greeted by someone from the back by name and with such a smile.Dr. Tony was amazing and so were his team. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER.

I’m not one for leaving reviews but its gotten to the point where this can no longer be avoided. I made appointments for both my husband and myself for standard cleanings on June 12th. My husband’s appointment was an hour before mine and he was still in the waiting room when I came to check-in. Frustrating, but I get that things happen so I was still willing to give them the benefit of the doubt.We never got the cleanings, only X-rays and consultations where after we were told we needed extensive work. We were then led into the office managers office where we were told that despite having decent dental insurance, we both still had a substantial amount due on top of what the insurance was covering. I thought it was incredibly suspicious that they also required prepayment for services before the services were rendered but stupidly, we moved forward with making payments and scheduling follow-up.I quickly realized after receiving an itemized receipt that they snuck a $135 dollar charge for an electric toothbrush onto my account that I never agreed to. I then ran several of the codes we were being charged extra for through my dental insurance portal and they should have been 100% covered.We ended up deciding to cancel our appointments, request refunds, and find another place for our dental services. After my initial cancellation and refund request I received a voicemail from the office manager asking if I was sure I wanted to cancel. I had to call and speak with her directly to confirm the definite cancellation and that the charges were inaccurate and shady. She reluctantly confirmed the cancellation and advised the refunds would be processed in 3-5 business days. This conversation was last Monday, June 19th. Its now June 30th and the refunds have yet to hit our account.I would not recommend this dentist, especially if you have dental insurance. You can tell they are only interested in profits and not their customers.

Aspen Dental made me feel very comfortable and at ease. All of my procedures were done professionally and pain free. The staff is great. They explained everything...knew my fear of the dentist... and respected that. I would recommend them for any dental needs.

I usually don't leave reviews, and I usually hate the dentist! But Nikki helped me with a payment plan so I could afford treatment and explained everything to me! Tina and Lisa both made me feel comfortable and are the only people I will let x-ray my mouth from now on! The entire staff was friendly, accommodating and professional.

Terrible customer service. We are long term customer…. We recently visited Aspen dental Bensalem, it’s seems like they change entire the crew that works at the office. During last visit we encountered African American man who was fantastic and very nice man same things goes for a white lady from New Jersey in her fifties she has big nice smile.However when it comes to other females omg specially an Olive skin, short, Lady with black hair. She has no manner and no respect toward customer. She commend customer to take a sit like she is talking to her dog. That female must not work there.Please if you don’t like customer whom pay your salary, find yourself an other job…. And don’t damage aspen reputation.
