Stopped by to look into the new wireless internet and the staff member Brain was very helpful on Monday 07/21/25. I definitely recommend this store.

Staff at this store are incredibly uninformed of their responsibilities or promotions. They wear fake name tags to try and keep complaints down and refuse to give their ACTUAL information to customers when asked. Blamed me for THEIR error and told me I'd just have to deal with it. Went in to make a simple upgrade and was given the incorrect phone from supply and the manager told me if I didn't have the box I would be charged the 5.99 a month. So even though they can see the error was theirs and admitted that the person who did the swap made an error but still refused to help. Unfortunately this isn't even all of the unkind things they did while visiting this store. Do not recommend this location but even more so if Brian is working. He needs to be sent for management and customer service training i cant post w/o giving a star but it is not earned

I had an absolutely exceptional experience at the Bensalem location thanks to Jim and Joe! During my visit, both gentlemen went above and beyond providing outstanding customer service. They were knowledgeable and extremely patient. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor made a potentially stressful experience smooth and pleasant.

I have gone to this location 3 separate times only to have to turn around and leave without them being able to help me. The miscommunication and lack of concern to their customers tells me exactly why this store has no business. Do NOT go here unless you want to leave full of frustration and aggravation. It must be nice getting paid to sit around and watch TV. Horrible Service!

00 I sat there until 12:00 there was 1 other customer in the store besides me it works very slow I don't like this AT&T service

Dylan was excellent. He was friendly and kept the conversation going while we waited for the new phone to download. He wasn't a phone geek. I would recommend this store to others.

Had a great experience at this at&t location, dylan was beyond great with helping me, came in very frustrated and left happy with the awesome customer service i received.

Had great service and managed to save a few dollars in my monthly bill also. Jim today was very helpful and l got more than I wanted to be honest. Dylan the store manager was so helpful in explaining what my next bill will look like so I don’t panic before the savings kick in. Otherwise I would probably be right back up here and very upset. So Thank you Jim and Dylan. Come and see if they can save you any money on your monthly services or even get you into a better and newer phone and have all your questions answered!

Great customer service! Very helpful staff. I had broken my phone and came into get a replacement. Dylan Tucker made it very simple. Would recommend popping in if you have any issues with your phone!

Needed a new learning tablet for my 7 year old. Dylan Tucker was able to help me find an iPad that was easy to use and accessory compatible to make it more child proof for our needs. He handled all the set up and showed us his recommendations for a case and screen protector. Definitely go see Dylan for help.
