Symere was a great representative!! after a long weekend on vacation and my phone breaking he was able to help me get a new one set up! I was there for while because my mom also got a phone and we had to call the fraud line to access our account. Symere had a great personality and made the time less stressful with his great personality!

Needed to upgrade my phone. Went to ATT store at Mechanicsville and Street Rd, Bensalem. Was immediately assisted, chose the iPhone 14. Sales rep Lauren was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Within 30 mins I was out the door smiling with my new phone. The entire staff was very friendly and professional. Great experience ??

This place is awful. I've been a Tmobile customer my whole life but my phone broke and I'm a nurse and heard At&t and verizon do nurse discounts so I switched to At&t. After I ordered the phone, I needed to upload my ID so I called the store and asked what my options are if I can't find my drivers license. The woman at the store 11/7 around 6pm was so rude she actually hung up on me. I found my drivers license and uploaded it to the system and my order was cancelled. I'm glad it all happened right away so I know not to waste any time with At&t's poor customer service but warning you all so you don't waste your time either. Switched to Verizon and very happy with their service and nurse discount.

Customer service Rep. Sy was great at answering every question I had when I switched to AT&T and even after I’ve had a few hiccups with my service and he was there to help me out every time. Awesome customer service skills.

This store is my favorite! I have been coming to this ATT store since the early 2000s. I have always gotten great service and have been happy with the way my account has been handled. I went to this store 10/26/2923 and was once again “wowed” by the customer service! Anthony and David were exceptional! They are friendly, professional, and most of all patient! I am so pleased with the customer service I received! I recommend anyone needing help with their ATT concerns going to this store!

I went to ATT with my mom who was super anxious & totally stressing over having to go bc she needed a new phone.When we got there we were Warmly greeted by Big Dave, who was Nothing short of a Dream to work with!!! He’s Super Exceptional!!!! A Diamond in the Rough!!!! He Seriously SHATTERED the mold on Every Single Nightmarish Experience from Hell with a CSR that I’ve Ever had in the past.Big Dave was Very Patient, Friendly, Funny, Personable & Crazy Knowledgeable!!!!He Def Deserves Mad Kudos & a Big Fat RAISE!!!!!!! Bc He is One of a Kind!!!!! & Def an Invaluable employee that any employer could be so lucky to hold onto!!!!It was a sheer pleasure to work with him!!!!Thanks a mil, Big Dave!!!! ????

Who is the epic douchebag manager who only scheduled one person on staff the weakend when the iPhone 15 lands at everyone’s home. Real heads up baseball there. Reason 5932 why getting locked in with AT&T is a complete disaster.

Half the time they say that They do Take cash for a Bill and the other half of the time they don't. I wish they would make up their minds. Because not everyone has a credit card.
