Barnes & Noble is a large bookstore with plenty of variety and an old-school feel. It is a favorite place for many, described as the greatest place to find a quiet spot to read any type of book. Customers appreciate that specific and hard-to-find books are often available there. The store is accessible from both the parking lot and the mall and features a nice cafe where food can be ordered. While some feel it is becoming a dinosaur, there is hope it stays open for a long time for people who love books. An area noted for potential improvement is customer service.
Bookseller Eileen is awesome! She looked long and hard for a book for me. She could have easily sent me on my way after checking the new releases and not seeing it there but she did not. She was determined and it was found finally (in the back). I appreciate her taking the time to locate the new.

We took our kids in yesterday to pick out some books for the summer. Bonnie was an absolute angel and spent time with each of our kids to help find them a book they would like. I absolutely love this location.

Great selection of books. Stating the obvious I know. The staff is very helpful. The small Cafe also adds to the atmosphere.
