Horrible nail salon , customer service was horrible and lady at the front refused to give us change for $10 stating that’s the tip amount the nail lady deserved for change of nail color that cost $15 (not gel ) , I’m a great tipper but lady at the front was requesting that customers tip their girls and wasn’t giving any $1 bills or $5 just $10 dollar bill.

I just did my lashes and I really love it and if you want to do your lashes. You can ask for Kim and she’s the best. Very friendly and clean. Friendly atmosphere. Go and check it out and be the judge for yourself.❤️

Horrible customer service overnight. I made an appointment and took my elderly Father for a pedicure as I always have for the last year only this time the floor supervisor was very upset calling me back to where he was sitting barking-out orders to me that I must take off his shoes and socks for his pedicure and put them back on when finished. I asked her Why because it was NEVER an issue before and I have always given the manicurist a nice $10 tip for their assistance. She stood firm demanding her order be followed like she was my boss or something. I got my Father out of the chair telling her we will take our business elsewhere adding that my wife will no longer be coming here too. Seeing money fly out the window, the supervisor quickly had a change of heart telling my father to sit back down. I told her to NOT do us any favors and that we will find a better nail salon which we did.

My daughter has been looking all over for a place that can do fun style nails . This place was amazing. Ivy did my daughter's nails and I was so impressed!!! Cost $100 which was way too much when we brought the bows in with us not worth all that much

I went here two days before my two week trip. Got my toes done and an acrylic full set. I realized the lady doing my full set she was using only ONE bead of acrylic for the entire nail which i got “long” nails according to them. Which for an average gen z it was really medium length. She then buffed and filed which felt like forever and basically left my nails with barely any acrylic on them. Two days into my trip three done popped off simply by either accidentally hitting them or they literally just popped off. I wasnt walking around with three nails missing so i popped the rest of my basically fresh new set of nails off very easily due to the “nail techs” horrible application. Then proceeded to charge for every little detail. The shaping was not sharp at all the she was being very rough as if she was in a rush or something. 75$ fullset for barely anything.
