From start to finish, Gary at Better Call Paul was prompt, professional and listened when we explained what we needed. He was easy to work with. He wasn't pushy and guided us in the right direction. He kept in touch throughout the process and was always available to answer questions. The install of both carpet and vinyl planking was done perfectly by Kevin V. He was a perfectionist and he left the property spotless. He also cleaned the elevator, lobby and outside entranceway to the building. I would definitely use them for future projects.

Claiming a 5 star installation rate is pretty gutsy. But that doesn't stop them in the sales pitch. At best 3 stars for My carpet install.
Between the 10 hours it took to install (I was told 4-5 hours) the mishaps of not knowing there were multiple colors being installed then telling me they wouldn't have enough material to finish the stairs (they were able to finish them in the end) to the language barrier, the cut corners and incomplete carpeting in some areas, Leaving nails staples and other debris in my driveway and around the house.
5 stars is a far cry.
3 stars is more accurate.
Not even a follow up call to check how it went. Probably because they know. Oh yes, one more thing, they'll claim a rep is with you through the whole install but only 2 Installers, 1 semi English speaking, show up at the site.
Not the lowest price and not the greatest experience.
Shop around. If you can live with what was described above (I have no choice but to), go for it.

My condo flooded and I called Better Call Paul in for to install new flooring. They did FABULOUS work! My condo looks amazing, thanks to the very hard working, focused men on the job. I hope my condo never leaks again, but if it does, Better Call Paul will be who I contact.

Better Call Paul Flooring was great. Sale guy Gary was awesome and very easy to deal with. Picked out a great carpet and got it installed. Love me new carpet in our bedroom.

All the folks I communicated with from the beginning to end of job( Gary, David) were pleasant and professional.Big plus in doing business with them, they order your product immediately upon receipt of deposit, so your work is done in a timely manner

Unfortunately, no one at this business seems to know what they’re doing. Let’s start with the sales team who said in no uncertain terms that our engineered hardwood floors could be sanded and refinished. Let’s fast forward six weeks to the day of the project where, when we arrive at the jobsite, the project manager dude says “Sorry this can’t be sanded and refinished after all.” Maybe David, the person who put us on the schedule, can help! Nope, he absolutely cannot. He has to go to Paul to refund us our deposit. Does Paul call us to apologize for the error? Does anyone at Better Call Paul call us to apologize for the error they made? No. They don’t. No one contacts us to say, “Hey, we are so sorry about all this. We made a mistake and wasted six weeks of your time. Here’s what we’re going to do to make it up to you.” A ridiculous business with a gimmicky schtick and few client relations skills. Tragic stuff.
Two stars only because Chris, the poor guy who had to break the news to us that our project couldn't be completed, was wonderful, and I feel bad that he had to deal with the consequences of the incompetence of his colleagues.

I give the highest possible recommendation for Better Call Paul. We just had our hardwood floors refinished, and couldn't be happier. The entire process was professional and extremely considerate of homeowners issues from start to finish. They did a tremendous job of keeping dust to a minimum and worked diligently with us to coordinate our movements during staining/finishing process. They promptly responded to questions and came back for a walk through at completion to ensure that we were satisfied and correct any issues (there were none). If your floors are worn, I highly recommend that you call Paul. the results speak for themselves.

My wife contacted Paul to fix an issue with our carpet. Only two days later he was out with a member of his crew to fix it. In just over a minute they identified the problem, grabbed what they needed off their truck and fixed it in less than 15 minutes.Very professional, courteous and more than fair on price.If we ever need flooring help again, he'll be our first & only phone call.

I am very pleased with the results of my flooring installation (carpet and LVP). Gary, the sales rep, was responsive, especially so when there was a minor blip with my carpet (the wrong color arrived). The installation team immediately responded to this, as did Gary. The color I ordered was obtained and it was installed without complaint or delay. The installation team was pleasant and worked hard all day to accomplish both carpet and LVP installation within the time indicated. They were also very conscientious about cleaning up as they went along.

From the beginning with Bryan and Paul ,in the office and sales, it was a great experience. There was a no pressure. Just knowledgeable conversation and great examples of the many styles of flooring that would work for our 150 year old historic house in Mount Holly. The installers Frank and Jay were friendly professionals who took care to cover all the little eccentricities of my uneven 1st floor. We can't say enough how happy we are with our new floor. We can't recommend it enough.

Paul and his team were great to work with throughout the entire process!! His salesman Mike worked tirelessly with us to find the right floor for our home. Paul was in constant communication throughout the process as well. Paul’s installer Alex was a pleasure to work with for the three days he was here. He cleaned up at the end of everyday and his work is impeccable. We couldn’t be happier with the way the floor turned out and would recommend Paul and his team to anyone looking to upgrade their flooring. We will definitely use him for our next project.

Absolutely the best flooring and carpeting job I ever had done! The workers were fast, helpful and did a spotless job! Paul and his coworkers are EXTREMELY easy to work with and he has amazing prices! I'm coming here EVERY time I need my floors done and I'm telling ALL my friends!
