From the beginning to the end BrightStar made the dementia journey with my Mom so much easier. Jordan and Nicole were ALWAYS so kind when I called or they called me with any changes to the schedule. Their prompt communication was always helpful. Rasheeda, our CNA, easily fit in with our family and I could not have taken this journey without her. Besides caring for my Mom, she always took the time when she arrived to greet our two little dogs who adored her.

I've been very impressed with the support and services provided by BrightStar from the administrative and office staff to the home care aid. Our assigned aid, Marcia, has provided very competent and comforting care to my mother and is a valuable member of our families' overall efforts. Great thanks to Marcia!

I am writing this review to let anyone know that we have had Brightstar for over a year now and could not have asked for a better experience. They have been great and more than accommodating to our needs. My mother has two massive strokes and needs someone all day for 8 hours while I am at work. Our caregiver, Liz has been the most amazing person to work with. She is caring, sweet, and always comes in with a smile, and makes my mother feel wonderful. She works harder than anyone I know. She does more than what is asked of her, and I can not say enough kind things about her. I feel like she is a part of our family and she makes my mother feel the same. AND NO I AM NOT SHARING HER! :) Sorry. Liz is the best.

We are having a good experience with Brightstar providing care for my mother. They’ve been very flexible with my mother’s changing needs. It took a little while to find the best fit with caretakers for my mother. They were very understanding and helpful in finding the right caretakers. Katrina is one of the caretakers and has been doing a wonderful job taking care of my mother. She’s friendly, kind and very attentive to my mothers needs. Katrina is very pleasant and upbeat making my mom smile a lot. She keeps her engaged throughout the day playing cards or watching video of polish bands which my mother loves. Keeping her engaged is so helpful with her dementia.
I also want to give a shout to Michelle who cares for my mother M-F. She also does a great job in caring for my mother. She’s very kind, compassionate and attentive to my mom’s needs. She also keeps my mother engaged throughout the day with different activities.

We are very pleased with the services provided to us by BrightStar. Our caregiver, Masiyah, is very helpful, friendly, caring and professional. She is always willing to help not only with care for my husband but also with household chores.
We used BrightStar years ago when we needed help caring for our father. We were impressed with the caregivers during our experience. So when we needed assistance for my husband after his surgery we knew exactly who to call for help.
We highly recommend BrightStar. All the employees are caring and helpful.

BrightStar was there for my dad and I when he was going through a lot of health struggles. He had been in and out of the hospital and rehab multiple times, when I finally decided to transition to home care which was the best decision I've ever made. Nicole and the team worked with me, were very proactive and quick to respond, and also very flexible with my dad's changing needs. He is now back to living independently, thanks to the wonderful care he received with the BrightStar staff. If I'm ever in a situation again where we need home support, I know exactly where we will go.

From the initial set-up of services through the final day of assistance, BrightStar was professional, courteous, and efficient. The aides were attentive and friendly; I felt safe and cared for; the office staff was accessible and prompt in their oversight and communications. Definitely would recommend (and for a critical service like theirs.... that says A LOT!)

I’ve been looking everywhere for care for my father and I came across Bright star care . I can honestly say the service has been wonderful. I feel so at peace knowing that my father has a good aid looking after him . One time I called due to me being overwhelmed with my father and Lakisha ( employee ) calmed me down and made me feel heard . The office is easy to get in contact with. When I call for any concerns Lakisha , Nicole , and Toni always gives me the reassurance I need and always available to help . I’m pleased with services here and very thankful for all that they do .

The entire Brightstar staff at the bensalem location is just refreshing to work with. They are pleasant knowledgeable and quick with any responses to any concerns/ issues that may arise. They are deffently on top of things and follow threw on anything they say. My opinion, this company ( or at least out of this location ) is one of the best having worked with several prior.

Since having Brightstar Care services for my Dad, life has been easier. Having a second pair of hands to assist with my Dad’s daily care has been a blessing. Melynie is wonderful and a true asset to BrightStar!

My father decided he wanted to spend his final time in his home. Brightstar was recommended to us by the rehab center. He needed 24/7 care and was bed ridden. We had a variety of different care givers. Some were very good, some not so. When we asked for a different care giver Brightstar was very accommodating. My father passed away in early July. We spent in excess of $130,000 for 12 plus months of care. Since his passing Brightstar has not reached out to my sister or myself expressing their condolences. This only came to light after my sister asked me if I ever heard from Brightstar since my father’s passing. I’m a bit taken back for their lack of compassion. They were always quick to send their weekly invoices and collect fees. My mother in law spent 3 months in an assisted living facility prior to her passing back in March and that facility treated us with compassion and dignity.
