They hosted a birthday party for my 11 year old and her friends. Awesome experience!! The girls had so much fun and they made a dress to impress runway for them. They totally understand the preteen age group. To top off the experience the girls had a shopping spree and they decorated tables in the food court for us to have lunch and sing. Would definitely recommend a party at Claire’s!! Holly and her team were wonderful with the girls :)

The lady that helped us in the morning with piercing very nice and very helpful. No pain at all. She did a wonderful job at both ear piers for my kid.

Went to get a second piercing, and the sales girl was very good. She made me feel relaxed, especially after the bad experience I had years ago with my first piercing at another place.

I went here about a week ago to get my daughters ears pierced and my experience was nothing but the best and very quick. Holly was the one working with us she was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly my 7 month old loved her! As stated before it’s been about a week or two that’s passed and the piecings are still good. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!!

I went here about a week ago to get my daughters ears pierced and my experience was nothing but the best and very quick. Holly was the one working with us she was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly my 7 month old loved her! As stated before it’s been about a week or two that’s passed and the piecings are still good. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!!

Just went and got my RPA piercing done! The employee who did it did an amazing job and made sure the chair by the window was cleaned with Lysol before i sat down! my only suggestion is to black out the window nearest the piercing center as the mall patrons had a look of discussed at what was going on.

Went there to get my 4 year old daughter's ears pierced. Gun got stuck during the first piercing and made my daughter scared for the second. She was still very brave and got it done. She loves them. The lady helping us was super nice :)

i got a cartilage piercing here and the girl who did it put the back on totally wrong so i had to take off the back and had trouble with it. when i finally got it off it took the earring fell out and will not go back in. don’t go there

We shop here for my daughter regularly and the employees are always welcoming and friendly. Great prices and fantastic deals are the norm. Their socks are always a hit with my girl.
