I got a TDAP shot at CVS in Bensalem today. Everyone in the pharmacy was very pleasant. I received the shot with almost no wait time and it didn’t hit at all. So nice to encounter good customer service! Great job CVS!

This used to be a very good location but it has gone downhill so bad. Everyone is rude, pharmacy is of no help. What the heck happened here???

I had a prescription to be refilled questioned it that was two weeks ago and they said that my prescription expired they would contact the doctor two weeks later. I go to the store because I can’t get through on the phone because their system ends up going through put your name your number and then all of a sudden says try your call later Anyway I called my doctors and they supposedly put in a script for it. Call my doctor to get a script for the Gerd medicine lens prole and now they’re telling me I have to wait till October 7 now at night I get acid reflux, which burns the esophagus cause that’s where the acid goes and acid doesn’t belong in the esophagus and the medicine keeps it from getting that far. That being said now I have to wait till October 7 which is a whole week , dealing with this illness that there’s medicine out there to cure or subside symptoms and they’re not giving it to me when I have very good insurance. There’s no reason for this at all and you can’t talk to a pharmacist you can talk to a representative you can’t even talk to a real person at the CVS so I would not recommend this CVS on humeville rd and Bristol rds Road for all the money in the world they’re just making you sucker and I guess they must be part of the administration of the government that’s not letting prescriptions be refilled. I am gonna call my health insurance to let them know that they should switch their Provider for not providing healthcare prescriptions as needed

I telephoned CVS at 2250 Bristol Road, Bensalem, PA today on September 23, 2024 two times. Nobody pics up the phone / nobody answers the phone call. The computerized message asks to leave voice mail message and somebody from Pharmacy team will call you back in one hour. 3 hours passed but no one called back. Totally unprofessional attitude by CVS Pharmacy team.

It’s a shame because there are a FEW nice people in the pharmacy that will talk to you like a human being. But a majority are completely ignorant and talk to you like you’re stupid. I’ll definitely be transferring locations.

Bristol rd CVS. IS one of the best stores I've been to in awhile. The customer service team was so helpful,helping me setting up my app and email coupons and saved me an additional $ 4.00

They took my identification for cash app to add money and they wouldn't just use the barcode they put my identification on a clipboard that they keep behind the counter that is not under any lock and key that is available to every employee in the store that could use to steal my identity or burglarize my home this is ridiculous unsafe and a bad policy this is the guy who was rude and here is the clipboard in the picture

I can't even talk to a live person at the pharmacy anymore. I have to leave a voicemail and wait for them to call me back. Absolutely ridiculous.

I generally like this store at 2250 Bristol Rd but today I was disappointed. I bought a plant off a table full of plants that had a sign that said clearance, 50%off, all sales final. That's all it said. Then when I cashed out I was told the discount was for seasonal items. Nowhere on the sign or table did it say that. I used a coupon so it wasn't a total loss because I really wanted the plant but I had been looking forward to the discount. Maybe it was a slip up because this store is usually not deceptive but it did throw cold water on my Spring day mood. So two stars today. More stars another time.

Just called the pharmacy with a question and the person I spoke with was beyond RUDE !!!! I’m sick, in pain yet I was still pleasant. I feel like I bothered her or how dear I even have a question! I understand businesses are short staffed and busy but that doesn’t mean you have to be RUDE, UNPLEASANT, SHORT or make customers feel like they bothered you! If you don’t like dealing with customers then find another profession where you don’t have to deal with customers…. I just transferred my prescriptions to this location and I’ll be transferring back to my old CVS pharmacy even if it out of the way!!! They treat customers respectfully and I’ve never felt like I was a bother even when they’ve been busy!!!!
