I called to see if my prescription was ready and they told me 30 minutes so I showed up 45 minutes later and they told me at the drive-through that it would be another 15 minutes. Waited 22 minutes in a parking spot and went back through, still not ready. They told me 15 minutes again. So I waited and again not ready, waited another 15 and it was finally after 62 minutes.Just annoyed, also the punk rock cashier is no longer here. She was so nice and caring.

I needed a few items that I was unable to purchase at the supermarket. I was able to find what I needed on sale. I was satisfied.

I am writing this to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the recent experience I had at your pharmacy. My daughter was diagnosed with strep throat on Monday, 01/16/2024, and her pediatrician prescribed her 10mg of amoxicillin twice a day for 10 days. When I picked up the prescription from the drive-thru, I received two bottles of medication, each containing 200mg of amoxicillin, along with a syringe.Given that my daughter was prescribed 20ml of amoxicillin per day, I naturally assumed that the syringe provided would be 10ml in volume. However, it was only after a week of administering the medication that I realized the syringe I had been given was only 1ml. This was contrary to my previous experiences with your pharmacy, where I have always been provided with a 10ml syringe for the same medication. As a result, my daughter had received only about 2 days' worth of medicine instead of being on her 8th day of treatment.I cannot stress enough how concerning and alarming this situation is. The health and well-being of my child are of utmost importance to me, and I trust that as a reputable pharmacy, CVS would prioritize the accuracy and safety of medication dispensing. My daughter is now sick again because she did not receive her antibiotics correctly due to the fault of your company. This is completely unacceptable.I request that CVS Pharmacy takes the necessary steps to ensure that such errors do not occur in the future. It is crucial that your pharmacists are held accountable for their actions and that measures are put in place to prevent this from happening to other customers.I hope that you will take my complaint seriously and address this matter promptly.

I wish I could give less than 1 star. I have been using CVS as my primary pharmacy for over 10 years. Never had any issues until I moved back to Bensalem about 4 and 1/2 years ago. I take several medications every month. Same medications for over 10 years with the exception of maybe antibiotics when I'm sick or dosage changes. The Hulmeville Rd CVS has been consistently rude, slow, or makes simple mistakes. I have had to go back several times because they gave me the wrong medication, not the right amount, or child safety caps when my profile clearly states that I don't want them because I have arthritis. They filled 2 medications for me yesterday and 1 had a safety cap and 1 did not. How can a pharmacist make that simple error in the same person's order. And it happens consistently. The pharmacy technicians as well as the pharmacist have no empathy for their mistakes. I am finally changing pharmacies. I am afraid that one of their "mistakes" like giving the wrong medication will cost me my life next time.

Do not use this pharmacy unless you like long wait times. The average wait time seems to be 10 minutes per customer, just to grab the meds and ring it up. I don't understand what happens the other 7 minutes. Waited in gje drive through for 30 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of us and the tech proceeded to close the window on us and put up their on lunch sign. Yanno, I would have made it in time if it didn't take 30 minutes to ring up three customers.Always understaffed, phone always ringing. Rude.

Scheduled a Covid vaccine online. Ran over after work and walk in just to be told that they haven't had Covid vaccines in weeks. The tone of the pharmacy tech seemed to insinuate I should have somehow known this information despite their failure to share it with me, which multiple other CVS locations were able to do without issue. Very unprofessional and frustrating.

World's worst customer service at the pharmacy, was on hold today for over 30 mins. No apologies, no remorse from the representative. Like she didn't even care. Taking my business to a different pharmacy after today's horrible experience...

My husband went into your store this morning to pick up an item for me and was treated rather poorly. The first person he encountered in the store, was giving him a look like the person thought my husband was going to steal something, and that really upset my husband. My husband is 67 and was there to purchase items not just for me, but for us, so he did not take this look very kindly. He specifically asked this person for some help in finding Hanukkah candles, but the person looked at my husband like he had five heads! despite not being able to find the candles that he was looking for, he proceeded to locate a 12-hour cough remedy for me which he was able to find. When he got to the cashier area, he was treated with more disrespect by the cashier, because he was using a special credit card that's for over-the-counter medication purchases. It seemed as if according to my husband that this person was begrudgingly helping him in this area, and my husband really did not appreciate it. It's one of the many reasons why he stays in the car while I'm the one that does the shopping. I wish I could have been there to help out with this, but I am not feeling good which is why he was purchasing this cold remedy for me.
