They are expensive but it’s their craft and work I would say worth it made my sister birthday a lot better with the birthday chocolate covered strawberries/cupcakes

A Woman Driver On I-95 Around 6:40pm Monday, April 10th 2023 (Today Moments Ago). Was Driving Absolutely Reckless, Cut Us Off In Traffic And Almost Crashed Into Us. I Have A 1 And A Half Year Old Daughter And A 4 Month Pregnant Fiance In The Car! I Am Not Happy At All And Will Be Calling This Business When They Open To Complain. Definitely Should Hire Better Drivers On The Road So This Doesn't Happen To Someone Else!Around The Aramingo Exit.License Plate: ZRR-3816

I was told when placing an order that you were open until 7 on saturday for pickup by the cashier, who literally turned and asked another employee to double check. Even on google it says your store is open until 7 on saturdays. And it’s closed before six…I have a long drive and wanted this as a Valentine’s Day gift and I gotta say I’m completely furious. Are you serious? Look I know I’m just one person but forreal I’m never coming back to this business again.

I ordered two Arrangements one to go to my daughter and one to go to a friend's daughter and I paid for balloons for both they said they ran out of balloons when I called them because they delivered them without balloons. If I didn't call and tell them I know they didn't put Balloons with it they would have just kept the $10 and when I contact the store manager they never did anything about it and kept my money

I need to update this review. They did follow through and I have since ordered again and been very pleased.Very disappointed! Ordered Mother’s Day treats for my wife and only received half order. Called once I found out the full order wasn’t delivered. My only choice was a refund or order tomorrow. How does that help rectify your mistake? Never will order again. Regretful I trusted your company on such a special day.

Went online and ordered a cookie tray and chocolate covered fruits For a memorial birthday The cost was $54 AfterDelivery fees $72 Place the order confirmed it Got a call 10 minutes later Informing me they overbooked and could not make my delivery today it would be tomorrow well I'm sorry the memorial birthday is today that's why I paid so much for same day delivery at a store 5 miles away from delivery address but what got me was the fact they can take my order from the website take the money from my credit card and call me back all in ten minutes but they won't refund my money for seven to ten days that's why I'm reporting them to BBB and the consumer protection agency BUYER BEWARE

I ordered same day delivery. Website accepted the order but never delivered on that day. Next day the employe called and mentioned the other worker had to leave early for some personal issue. But then they asked if I still wanted to get it delivered. They did a good delivery. Everything was good. I wish they worked on their online service.
