If reservation made online, you will be in and out in 5 minutes. I'm not exaggerating. Don't expect to get anyone to answer the phone; I waited almost an hour on the third attempt just to ask the location of the after-hours key drop. Great pricing for the Fourth of July weekend. Received a new car with only 34 total miles! Friendly staff.

I got smoking smelled van. I asked the staff to give me a non smelly van and he said all his vans are booked.
My rental was one way dropping off at airport. I bluntly asked him as if he was giving us this smoke smelling van so they can get rid off the van and he smiled with nod.
I and my kids didn’t like smoking smell in the van.

Vehicle offered was too small, had to upgrade it. The upgraded vehicle some issues and reported to the location. Still waiting on my discount for the reported issues. Easy pick up, easy drop off. A lot of locations. Personal are very nice.

Can't say anything, but great things about the Store from the manager to the associates to the Paint representatives all treat you as a professional. Have helped me out tremendously if you're looking for a paint store in the Northeast this is the one.

The staff was excellent and efficient in getting my car repair rental for me and dealing with my ins company during this visit. They also worked with my auto body owner for approximate length of rental. All in all from start to finish the rt 13 Bensalem staff was awesome and I would highly recommend this enterprise location for rental needs. TY!

The Bensalem, PA office staff, front desk and maintenance, are very professional, efficient and accommodating. Your time and needs are important to them. I was in a car and on the road minutes after arriving.

Book the minivan to travel to upstate New York and Canada. We go to pick up the minivan, an agent tells us we cannot take the car into Canada due to high car thefts going on over there. He could only rent us Sedans and not the original van we booked. Call customer service and they say it was completely wrong that they are allowed to rent vans to travel to Canada
