I dropped my package. Asked for receipt and guy rudely said you will get on text. Did not get and in few minutes, asked for help and again angrily and rudely said " you should not have leave without getting text"

Walgreens advertised as a FedEx drop off point. Open on Saturday, great. But not before 1:00 in the afternoon It would have been considerate to add this bit of information onto the site. Could have saved time and gas!

Website does not say if you take to a Walgreens that has fedex services on a Sat.,the pickup with not be until Monday evening

The counter person left my package on the counter and walked away. I was afraid that it would be stolen! It was a $1000 laptop that I was returning. FedEx didn't pick up the package! Then, we ran into a weekend and it delayed the package even more. HP was waiting for the package to be returned so that they could ship the correct one and these delays happened. I still have not received my correct laptop. I am not very happy.

I'd give it 0 stars if it were an option. No one here seems to work in any department ( except one person). I've been here twice now for FedEx drop off and both times no one was present for the department. There was someone behind the counter however they stated they didn't work for the drop off department, I understand that and that's fine however how about greeting the customer? The lady behind the counter didn't even acknowledge I was there until the cashier was finished with her customers (3 people) and asked was I being helped. The lady at the photo section could have at least called for help rather than deflecting and telling me she doesn't work for that department, as true as that may be you are literally looking at me not saying a word, that's pretty rude. I would like to tank the cashier as she seems to be the only one doing her job and everyone else's.

They only takes FedEx package with label only. Package with QR code you have to take it to FedEx location in Bristol.

Walgreen's at Street and Knights Road in Bensalem PA. The package was scanned and then the worker left it on the counter and went to help another customer. I was returning a $1000 computer and anyone could have stolen it!! I did not receive information that FedEx picked it up and I am very worried!

They did the job even the printer was down but the lady was day saver she wanted the job done so did connect the phone to photo system and downloaded the shipping label . Much appreciated ?

Fed ex Transaction was simple and easy. The store employee at the front end however was rude and unnecessary. Reason being: I parked next to the curb side reserved parking to bring my package in. The front end clerk, watched as I walked in apparently and completed my drop off at the photo both desk for the FedEx express.. As I was leaving. , she asked was I there for a pickup I said no, but thank uou. She then went on to try to chastise me for parking in curbside when I wasn't picking up. Not only was she wrong because I was parked in a regular parking space in the front but she made an issue in front of an entire line of customers as if to make an example out of me. I was never so embarrassed and completely outdone by her. I left the store. Checked my parking and returned to ask for her manager. .to complain.

If there is a sero, I will give zero credit to FedEx. If you have important mail, please don't use FedEx, Because they will never make good on their promise! It is the second time FedEx cannot deliver my mail on time, and they charge more on delivery fee than other carrier. I have to use it for the second time because my covid 19 lab only use FedEx for shipping. Now I may not be able to catch my flight due to the late delivery! They should be called FudEx!
