I haven’t been to a GameStop in years first time I try the gate is down and the manager tells me they’re closed for a hour… you close at 6 and it’s 3 so you’re gonna close for a hour then open for 2 after wasting my time already?

My daughter gets excited cause every month she gets 5.00 off or free pack of Pokémon booster cards. So every month I take her in she grabs the cards gets all giddy

My son bought a Clone Trooper helmet for $140 and changed his mind the next day about his purchase. He really wanted the Mandalorian helmet. Somehow he lost the receipt. He tried to exchange it and at first Shawn said we needed a receipt to my son. Once he realized it had Game Stop stickers on it he made the exhange for my son. Suggested we take pictures of receipts. Good idea! Thank you Shawn!

Dude was rude and didn't want to do his job. I was in to return an Xbox controller I purchased at the Oxford Valley mall store 2 weeks prior. It was missing the battery cover. I wanted to exchange for one that had all the parts. First he said it was "so long ago" that I bought it. Then he said I could only go to OVM store. Then he said he was gonna call his manager and left me waiting for 10 minutes, but never actually talked to anyone. He tried to refuse me again. But while he was " talking to his manager", I pulled up the game stop return policy and politely pointed out to him all the discrepancies in his denials. In the end he reluctantly gave in. But what the heck. You sold me a defective product, then gave me a defective sales person.Thanks Game Stop

The employees will always be rude and say, “ you can find that all out online you know”. Instead of actually taking the same amount of time of saying that to answer your question out of bad customer service.
