On the surface, this place seems great. And will stay great, until you have a question or issue. Any questions undoubtedly annoys both owner and employees.(I don't think they know how to use their own equipment.) Any problems you have are always because of your insurance or doctor. Even when neither are responsible. Elon Musk, recently tweeted "Not everyone is cut out to run a business" Good advice for Riccio Family Pharmacy. No shame in packing it in. Especially when it's for the common good.

Horrible place, reminds me of CVS with less convenient hours. They constantly blame their supplier when they forget to order a script, they are inconsiderate about their customers' time, asking customers to make multiple trips if there is more than one prescription, they also open later than their posted hours. Finally no is able to help with virtual pharmacy, very poorly trained feels like a Walgreens

I love Riccio Family Pharmacy! Chris and Scott are so friendly and welcoming. They always have what I need which is refreshing. I hated dealing with the big corporate places so when I finally found Riccio I was relieved. I’d much rather give my business to a family pharmacy/store any day!

I can not say enough positive things about the Riccio Family Pharmacy. Kind, helpful, caring. I went in for my second vaccine and they make you feel like family. It's comforting to know that there really are good people that do care and will help in any way they can. Thank you.

Chris and Scott are both super nice guys. Friendly and professional. I love having a small family business taking care of my pharmaceutical needs rather than one of these big corporations that don’t know who you are. I have recommended them to my family my friends.
