Hill Brook Place Apartment Homes in Bensalem, PA, offers a comfortable and convenient lifestyle. The apartments are spacious with open concept floor plans, and the community is safe, quiet, and exceptionally clean with well-maintained outdoor amenities and abundant greenery. Its location is a key advantage, being in scenic Bucks County yet close to Philadelphia, with easy access to highways, supermarkets, shopping centers, and other essential stores. Residents describe it as a great, friendly place to live and raise a family. While most feedback is positive, there has been a noted concern about a fire door not closing properly. Overall, it is considered a comfortable and recommended place to call home.
Went in a tour. Great experience, has great amenities, seemingly calm community (safe). Christian showed us around. He was kind, knowledgeable and professional.

This is a nice complex. Packages in the area are getting stolen by homeless population that reside in woods adjacent to Dunksferry Rd. They also steal and break into cars at another complex in the area. The local authorities are at fault for allowing these encampments to exist.
